The hotel is centrally located in new delhi. The rooms are well appointed & clean. The washroom had a bathtub & enjoyed taking bath leisurely in it. Toiletries provided q ere of good quality. The hotel has a good restaurant in the ground floor.

The rooms are extremely comfortable, the staff friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely excellent! the hotel can arrange tours in and around delhi (red fort etc) and in other indian cities too! i will be changing my booking later in my trip, to return to this hotel

We needed a place to rest and repack before our flight. Being from the United States, we were not sure we would find a place. Mr. Vinod Kumar was excellent in accommodating us at the last minute. We had lunch there also. The room was clean and very well appointed for the price! The food was excellent and clean. The espressos were also the best I've had in India and better than the Leela in Delhi! Actually better than any Starbucks as well! When we return to Delhi, we will be back to stay a while!

Pleasant staff. Good service. Was served stale paneer in shaslik. But staff was kind to offer replacement dish (which I refused politely) The moment you enter the hotel, the whole lobby area reeks of dampness and fungus smell in the air. Very dangerous for employees and guests who inhale this. Thankfully, I was given a room without dampness and fungus issues. The hotel needs to be closed down immediately for overhaul repairs.

Breakfast is OK, I feel that it is not suitable for taking children. The location of the hotel is generally the same. There is a good BBQ behind the hotel. There is a parking lot, and it is very big. The service is very good. When we come back, this hotel is being renovated and upgraded.

Last minute bookings are always a hassle especially when it's totally unplanned but when you come across a helping hand like the staff at the Classic Hotel Delhi, the entire experience changes! They truly represents the face of hospitality which one expects in the need of the hour. Despite the property being at full capacity, arranging a day room at such short notice was truly impeccable. It was a great hotel to feel enough like royal..it is also near the airport so it is big advantage if you have a early flight then you will definitely considered it. The room was cleaned, well-appointed, and equipped with all the necesaary item including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV and a well-designed work desk.
