This was a really cool place to stay. The room was small but very clean and everything was in good condition. The valet parking was spendy but it was worth it. They bring the car down quickly. We were within walking distance to Bourbon street and the things we wanted to do. I didn’t interact much with the staff, but they walkways greeted us as we walked by. The lighting in the courtyard wasn’t on one night and I missed a step getting to our room. Other than that, our stay was very nice. I’d stay here again.

L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé, à quelques pas de Bourbon Street et de Jackson Square. Beaucoup de charme, des jolis jardins, une piscine qui fait vraiment du bien en fin d’après midi pour se rafraîchir L’accueil est sympathique et le personnel agréable. Les chambres sont plutôt petites mais quand même bien équipées! Notre conseil: Demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue! Les rues sont nettoyées toutes les nuits et le bruit est quand même dérangeant! C’est la raison pour laquelle je n’ai pas mis cinq étoiles.

We loved this place! So much character, beautiful courtyard, and perfect location! Pool wasn’t heated, which was the only bummer for my 9 and 10 year olds. But otherwise fantastic and would definitely stay there again!!

This New Orleans hotel has it all! Gorgeous courtyards, history, character, charm, and convenience. Steps away from Jackson Square and St. Louis Cathedral, yet it wasn’t loud at night. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful! They’ll even store your things if you’re early or late for check in and out! Your car is safe with their onsite valet garage. We will be back!
