The hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarters, close to the riverfront and the French Market. It has a pleasant inner courtyard with a pool and a fountain. My room was spacious and clean with all the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this category. The staff manning the front desk - Macy, Elaine, Clayton and Derek - were always courteous and helpful. There were always bottles of drinking water near the entrance for guests to use. The room rates were reasonable.

I loved this quaint hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small but it has everything you need. We overlooked rhe beautiful courtyard. We could walk to almost anything we wanted to do. The staff were beyond helpful. If I were to go back to New Orleans I would stay here again.

The staff were fantastic. The property and location were great!
My only complaint was the condition of the outdoor furniture and the pool. Part of why the large group of us stayed here was for potential use of the pool but it was constantly gross; even when I asked for it to be clean.
I definitely would stay here again though. Can't beat the location!

The hotel was darling. Our only complaints were the light outside our room at night made it difficult to sleep because it felt like it was daytime outside. Also, you can hear every sound outside your door so passing people and cars on the street felt like they were in the room with us. The room was small but cozy. The bathroom was a little too small for my liking as there was not enough room at the mirror to get ready in the morning or have space to even balance a hair brush or blow dryer.

Overall we knew where the hotel was and what it offered. For our first time in New Orleans. French Quarter, music, history etc. What that did not list was the noise. Our room was basically the thickness of a brick wall. So if you get offered 115 do NOT take it.
