A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. They do offer underground parking and you will get a token that needs to be check at the lobby counter every time before you head out. We enjoyed the swim pool and it provides nice view of the city.

The view of the room is very beautiful, full sea view as we are staying at the top floor. The room is very spacious. The bedding is ok but a bit soft for me. The bathroom is good and the pressure of the water is very stable and the temperature of the hot water is good. The location of the hotel is a bit far away from the city but very close to the subway. If you want to visit Tamtsui, it is one of the good choice. The management should improve the cleanliness of the room, but compared with the price, it is okay for me to come again.

Because the rental house is under construction, I will stay here temporarily. The entrance is small but cute, and the counter is on the third floor. Going to the toilet in winter must be very comfortable~ Regarding the gym, it is the most powerful package in my opinion, although I didn’t use it~ It's a bit of a pity... This is a hotel where many foreign friends live, both black and white, and Japanese people~ Breakfast is a set (choose one from three)~ It’s a very good experience!

The Japanese-style family rooms that want to live in our hotel have been sold out~ The location of the villa is relatively remote, so you need to go to the hotel to use the facilities. Although it is a single-family villa, there are many flowers, trees, and mosquitoes~ The ecology of the Villa is very rich. You can see tree frogs and giant African snails, but the night is very dark, and you can also see many broken snails that have been run over by cars😱. The beach is beautiful and the hot springs are great. You must stay in this hotel next time you go back!

The location is moderate, we live in room 102, ㄧ enter the room exclamation, spacious and comfortable, beautiful planning, spare parts, white wine snacks, ㄧ cut is to satisfy the guests. The sound of waves is coming and going so that guests can relax and slow down.
