Lotte’s cleanliness and location are excellent. I was there to attend an event on Saturday evening, but our room had no closet to hang our outfits. We were assigned room 3802. The reception insisted that the door across the bathroom was the closet but that door was locked! Impossible that three strong and capable adults could not open a door! Oh, and forget about coffee in the room. You have to go down to the lobby or out of the hotel to buy coffee.

I didn’t like the fact that the Security interrupted a private conversation, That I was having with friends ,
This happened a few times ,also was asked what I was doing on this property multiple times as a Hispanic Man I felt like I did not belong staying at a place like this very uncomfortable. Maybe I will stay at a higher end hotel that treat all there Patrons Equally.

At my recent visit to Lotte Palace Hotel we were treated like royalty! Our interactions with the hotel team couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and appreciated. Kal Naim provides top concierge service- from our dining choices to transportation. Samir masterfully coordinated our room and anything we needed. Miru was polite and professional. And Matthew greeted us upon our arrival as old friends. The hotel is a perfect location and beautifully appointed, but their team makes every visit memorable!

Hotel location and rooms are quiet and luxurious. Bedding are very comfortable. Bars are conducive to impressing clients. Decided to extend trip and have some fun in the city. The concierge, Kal Naim, got me great last minute tickets to the U.S. Open (too bad about Novak Djokovic losing). Thank you for the terrific tickets, Kal! I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention how helpful and professional Norma was. I always look forward to my stays.

Another wonderful experience at this superb hotel. The views from our suite were fabulous, the attention to detail and concierge recommendations spot on ! Cocktails in the gold room are a must ..... Thank you for a lovely wedding anniversary stay :) After a bit of confusion at our check in and suite assignment the management quickly stepped up and corrected the issue..... Ruth was once again awesome! We cannot say enough about the fabulous staff at this hotel We do miss seeing Miles and his superb attention to us over many years. Once again thanks to Brenda, Ruth, Ani, Eddie :) Cant wait until we return.
