The hotel is clean and nice. I also like the neighborhood, walking distance to Hudson Yards and subway station.

The room was quite nice and the view was very good. However, the front desk deducted the deposit one more time and it has not been refunded. I don’t know how it will be handled in the end. I am not satisfied with this. Everything else is okay.

The hotel is quite new, and the breakfast, lunch and dinner are outsourced to an Italian restaurant, which is pretty good. It's a bit far from the 34-penn stn A line, and very close to the 7th line, the Hudson Yard. Unfortunately, it's out of service for maintenance this weekend. The newly opened peak restaurant on the 101st floor is at the 30 hudson yard. It's great. You don't have to go to the Empire State Building anymore. The hotel waiters are very enthusiastic and know how to chat.

The room is a little small for 4, not enough storage, the wardrobe where there is the safe is too small, plus there is an ironing board, I don't see the point. There should have been 4 bathrobes as well as 4 pairs of slippers but there were only 2 bathrobes. The rendering of the photos does not reflect reality.
In addition I paid extra to be between the 10th and 20th floor but the view was zero because it was in the interior corner of the hotel.
