The captains quarters were perfect for our family. Having access to the beach right from the cottage was perfect. Full kitchen. Two bathrooms was great. Only thing I would add would be beach towels and salt/pepper/some kind of cooking oil. Definitely will be back.

The location near Nye beach is excellent, service and communication great! The facilities are modern, hot tub, clean and great views of ocean. I Recommend to anyone staying in Nye Beach. Close to great restaurants, shops, and beach walks.

This cottage was so cute and a great location. I could easily live there permanently. The patio outside of the loft was amazing. The heating could use updating (loft heater rattled) and extra blankets would be nice.

We rented condo 301 and found it just OK for the price. It needs updating but the view of the ocean was really great. We were told that the condos are quite varied in their maintenance since they are individually owned. This one looked slightly neglected although it was clean. It had everything we needed but most of the pots and so forth were pretty well used.

We have stayed at this place once before and loved it. At that time we stayed in condo 305. When I made my reservations I asked for condo 305, but they gave us condo 301, it was the difference between night and day. Not one piece of furniture in the living was comfortable, which made watching and listening to the ocean uncomfortable, 1970s hard furniture!! The bed was very tiny, I think it was a twin, whereas in condo 305 it was a nice big king bed with warm cozy blankets. Both kitchens were fully furnished with appliances. I will not be going back to this place, I'm sorry to say. We were both very disappointed.

The condo C303 was adequate size and configuration for a couple,but inadequately supplied with kitchen utensils and dishes/silverware. There were several light bulbs that were burned out and not replaced. The kitchen stove top burners were filthy. There were no condo instructions general functions (ie heating,dishwasher,television,Wi-Fi) and no instructions as to what housekeeping wanted done prior to our departure. Also there was additional local taxes the were not included in ***********.

We would definitely stay here again. It was very roomy and comfortable. While not perfect (dishes from former tenant could have been cleaner, some miniblind slats missing/broken, bed skirt had a tear in it) it was clean and the view can't be beaten! It was nice to have a full kitchen, balcony, TVs in the main room and bedroom; two bathrooms, and great front desk staff. We were there off-season, so not sure what the prices are like during the summer, but they were reasonable for what we got. Ours was a third-floor walkup, so be aware there is no elevator for the upstairs condos. Wasn't a problem for us but it did add thirty seconds to get to the beach! LOL We would happily recommend Nye Beach Condos!

Stayed at cottage that had a good view of ocean, also had a cottage above us that has issues with sound between upper and lower cottages, which was disappointing, we knew when ever people were walking around. The description king room does not mean king bed, be aware. The other cottage rented had a creative design involving upstairs bedroom, best for kids or smaller and flexible people.

Take a trip back in time, to the oldest hotel (condo) still in service today. The bed was an original hammock feeling hotel bed. Make sure to wear socks so you can actually see how filthy the place is. Fire code prevents use of appliances older than 1970. To much to list. WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT STAY.
