The photos online are of a completely different hotel. The lobby smelled like **** and cigarettes. It was dirty. The room was old, run down, smelled like urine, the open up sofa bed is twin, not double and no way two could sleep on it. Breakfast was just muffins. Nothing else. They said they were out of everything even though I went at 7 am! The room across from us had a family living in there with two dogs & very loud. No blankets! Just sheets! We ended up only staying one night because we had no choice, then got a different hotel down the street. I don’t know how this place even had 6 star rating! We had chosen it because I needed the kitchen. Never again! It did not match the description at all.

We Loved Our Room. The Entire Staff Was Amazing!! The Check-In Was Outstanding!! We Know Where We Will Be Staying Next Time We Are In Town.

Wow I can say I was surprised by how clean it was. Based off reviews I didn't want to stay but it's RIGHT next to the event I attended. Maybe there's new management or owners but very clean rooms very big sizes. The front desk workers were attentive I was worrysome with fresh towels.

I must say of all the extended stays I've stayed at this one was by far the best! From the front desk workers to the housekeepers. My stay was only 2 weeks for work and the housekeepers were very attentive and thorough. The front desk workers left no room for questions.

Front office smelled so.much like **** i almost left. The floor in the room is so dirty i cant walk barefoot. The shower leaks and has cracks of mold in it. The beds are not comfortable and smell like moldy laundry.
Not pleased. At all.

The rooms are clean n the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is great w/ a full size fridge, stove w/ oven, n counter w/ chairs . So u have a place 2 eat. I also really like how they provided pots n pans, strainer , dishes 4 us 2 use. The staff are nice n friendly. N a special thanks 2 Terreka Terrell n Rod 4 going above n beyond. N a big plus they allow pets.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids with our pup as well. We were traveling through on our way to Washington. Family road trip! The staff was wonderful Tereka Terrell and Rod were awesome. Very attentive! I did lock myself out a couple times so I did need their help. The rooms were immaculate and not sure if all rooms were this big but mine was spacious! The kitchenette was perfect for our 3 day stay.

I like the rooms and staff.i don't like that they wash our lining and give it back there should be more towels and wash clothes and sheets to provide guest when needed
