I went with a couple with a boy in elementary school~ It was my first overseas independent travel since Corona, so I was preparing myself, but it was so hard to choose a place to stay;; I wondered why, but it was because there were so many that it was difficult to choose. Oh my gosh, there were so many!! Everyone mentioned Siesta Burgo for downtown accommodations, but I skipped Burgo for now. ;; I heard a lot about Mr. Ba in the reviews, so I decided to go and get a massage, and then I went to Panama;; I was so tired and my child was hot and having a hard time, so I went straight to the hotel, but it was a little before 12, but Trip.com's confirmation said check-in was at 12!! Most other places are 2-3pm, so I thought it was good!!! But the front desk said check-in wasn't 12pm, but they said they would let me check in early (and asked me to write a good review;;)!! The doorman from Grab opened the door and helped me with my trunk. Give me a welcome drink and this kind of kindness is all basic~~!! And the room was very clean and the bedding was good. The breakfast was also provided for 2 people. In the morning, my child used the room key to go to the restaurant and take it;; Oh. Why didn't they take a separate bill~~ They took the card too I wondered if it would be settled when I checked out.. They just provided it for free!! They also provided luggage storage without time limit!! The only thing I took off one star is!!! Just one!! The rooftop pool is small... but people smoke and drink... They enjoy it too freely. There is a pool right next to it and staff members are always there And the kids keep smelling cigarettes while swimming.. That was the only problem, but everything was great!!!^^

The room was clean but Bugs have appeared. It probably comes in through the sewer. I mostly saw it in the bathroom. The location is next to Nha Trang Night Market and the surrounding infrastructure is also excellent. Perhaps because there are a lot of customers using the service, the staff are not friendly. You can see the effort on his face too. The facilities seem to be good. The 40th floor lounge is worth the price. Personally, I recommend visiting between 5 and 6 p.m. Overall I am satisfied. I don't choose accommodation based on kindness. I plan to visit again next time I visit Nha Trang.

I stayed in a slightly larger room on the 31st floor with an ocean view. Nha Trang's beach faces east, so you can see the sunrise, not the sunset. The water pressure in the shower and bathtub was fine, and the amenities included soap, toothbrushes, two bottles of water, and instant coffee. Although it is a condotel, the room was cleaned every day. The power outlets are universal. There is a restaurant and a fruit juice shop in the lobby, and a seafood restaurant and Highland Coffee are located outside the facility. There is a pool, gym, and spa on the 6th floor. The gym has basic equipment. Dumbbells up to 27.5kg, but there are no power racks or Smith machines. When arranging Google Maps or GRAB Car, use the name Panorama Nha Trang Hotel. It is a condominium hotel, and each room has its own manager, which is why some travel booking sites have different names for the same Panorama. Check-in and check-out are done at the front desk with Panorama written on it. I was able to check in just like at a hotel by showing my Trip.com reservation confirmation and passport. However, I had previously checked with the hotel staff via Trip.com and was told that no deposit was required, but in fact a 200,000 VND deposit was required. A woman who said she was a RIS Panorama staff member spoke to me after checking in, so I guess RIS Panorama is the company that manages the condominium hotel. There are 8 elevators with rooms up to the 39th floor. Depending on the time of day, you may end up with people in wet swimsuits coming back from the beach. The air conditioning in the elevator was weak and muggy, so you need to be patient when it's full. Overall, I was worried about checking in because it was a condominium hotel, but there were no problems, and it was a nice hotel with a good location and beautiful views.

Everything was good. Location, swimming pool, breakfast. Except 2 things. First. You can check in not earlier than 2 pm. We came there at 7 am, because we had a night plane. We wanted to have a rest, but reception workers told, that it's impossible to check in earlier than 2 pm.... Second. Air conditioning in the room worked unstable. I tried to call the reception workers, but the line was busy all the time. So, I went there by myself, the worker came after 10 minutes. But he didn't fix anything. He just gave me advice to take out and put in back electric card. Seems like they need to fix some electrical problems, but they don't want or think that it's not a big problem. And the third thing. A lot of Chinese people. And they are very noisy and loud. In the reception hall, in the hotel's restaurant, in the elevator. I felt myself look like in the street market. Totally impolite behaviour. Will I stay here next time? Probably not. Too noisy!! And fix air conditioning system, please. 25-th floor. So, another people will enjoy staying at your hotel more. Thanks

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. This hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)
