Was looking for a Hotel to stay and while we were in town for our daughters soccer tournament. The room was nice and had no problems at all, the pool was bigger then other pools I have seen in other hotels and it was nice. Breakfast area was nice and big. Front desk was very nice and so were the other people that worked there. There was not complaints from us at all. I would stay there again.

First, I’d like to say that the staff was courteous and helpful. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton but for $250 per night, I’d expect at the very least a couple of bottles of water in the room and perhaps some cheap room slippers. Also, to advertise a swimming pool when it’s 21 feet long is a stretch! That’s more like a wading pool. There were a few times I called ‘0’ to get the front desk and a message comes on requesting that you leave a message! Breakfast was typical for this brand - nothing truly healthy. Bagels, muffins, processed cereals, pre-processed omelets etc just don’t cut it especially for a health conscious vegetarian. The oatmeal with raisins and pumpkin seeds was my breakfast. Also, there are no in-room safes. If I were paying $79 or even $100, I’d say ok, but for $250 per night, the hotel should be showering the guests with amenities. They are being cheap and greedy. Not even any toothbrushes ! Can’t say that Covid caused it anymore. That’s all past us now. I’ve been living in Asia for the past 8 years and those hotels have far surpassed ours by light years when comparing side by side. Howard S. Unfortunately, most of the hotels in this city are way overpriced for the value received.

Very nice hotel in Niagara Falls. Exceptional service by Bill (bartender), Sarah at check-in desk, and Tina, our server at dinner. The room was spacious, bed & linens very nice and comfortable. We loved having a couch and ottoman for extra space. Plenty of parking also, but cost $15 a day which seemed an unreasonable extra charge considering our two night stay was $525. Unlike the Hampton Inn next door, breakfast is not included, thus also extra cost and time required. Hotel is not by a highway, so no traffic noise which was nice. Tip: you have to request housekeeping service as it is not automatically done.

We arrived on 19th September after 3 days in times Square. Long journey by amtrak train (8 hours) but very comfortable and didn't seem that long. The seneca is a massive hotel with very little in it. The ****** is very expensive even if you are like us just wanted a little flutter. None of the restaurants were open, bar one, which meant long queues. Our room was huge and was very nice with electric curtains and a hot tub in the room. My daughter and her husband had the same room but on the floor above, but nothing worked in their room sadly. It is well located, but if you are expecting a view of the falls you want get it. We booked a tour using our city passes and met Dan who took us all over and to a bakery...which is a must. It was called niagra falls illuminations. Would I choose it again, for location yes. No for restaurants. No for staff they were not very accommodating. I personally would stay on the train to the Canadian side, that was amazing.

Spacious room - could have been cleaner though, dust bunnies in closets etc Good location with parking on-site at reasonable cost vs other in town locations Disinterested staff - had to interrupt their chats to ask questions which elicited an eye roll

Good value for money, quite satisfactory, suitable for traveling families. A restaurant downstairs is an internet celebrity restaurant, and its special dish is grilled chicken wings. Strawberry cake 🍰 is a dessert worth trying. It is walking distance to the waterfall, and you can see the waterfall through the waterfall park.

The hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

暴暴走的小雞This hotel is very good, cheap, very clean and relatively new. There are many equipment in the lobby and Starbucks and it is very close to the attractions. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the waterfall. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is worth living.
GGuest UserThe room was great and I highly recommend anyone gong to a conference at the convention center to stay here. It is conveniently located across the street. The fitness center was ok, could use a little more equipment, but overall works for the space that it is in.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in downtown. Check in was a nightmare took almost an hour to get in and then they gave us a room that was not cleaned yet had to go back down stairs and get another room. rooms are ok not nothing exciting found blood on the top blanket and there was blood on the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet. The person that checked us in was very nice that is why I gave it a 2 star. For the price it is not worth it. The next problem was parking they have maybe 20 or 30 spots on site then you have to go 2 or 3 blocks away to park and you have to pay then you have to wait in line again to get them to validate it. so ridiculous since we have a handicap person with us. It is way to much trouble. then when we went to get our showers in the morning there was no hot water, so that was not a good experience either. so all in all it is not worth $200.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is wonderful, the back of the hotel is situated in the Niagara parc, so the falls are in walking distance. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and good. Staff is very friendly. Only one thing the coffee was bad, we love espresso coffee, fortunately we are prepared and have our own espresso coffee with us.
GGuest UserNot what I've come to expect from HIE - would never stay here again! Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a line of people. The first person in the line stated he'd been waiting for 15 minutes and no one was available. All the lights in the sitting area off the lobby were turned off, and there were several groups of flies circling the lobby area right where everyone was waiting... definitely NOT an inviting welcome. When the front desk worker finally arrived back to the desk, there was no apology or even a ”welcome, thanks for waiting.” The room wasn't any better. Mold on the bathroom ceiling (and likely elsewhere given how terrible my allergies were), and a broken lock on our door. To top it all off, the stairwell was filled with bags of garbage. It was so awful I cancelled the second night (it was too late to move my 3 yr old) and we moved on to a better hotel elsewhere.
GGuest UserI stayed here in June 2021 and again in June 2022. The hotel was great again. I got a big room with a good bed (and so-so pillows). The fridge, wifi, and A/C all worked. The bathroom was big with hot water at a good pressure and good towels. The hotel has luggage carts and an elevator. It is near restaurants and stores (Target, Tops). For breakfast, they had eggs, sausage, mini pancakes, yogurt, mini cinnamon rolls, toast, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee, bananas, and milk. I only stayed one night this year because the prices have gone up so much! I will most likely stay here on my next trip.
GGuest UserThe owners and the staff are wonderful, kind and very accommodating The walk along the Niagara River to the falls is beautiful The room is spacious, comfy and well equipped (tv fridge iron and iron table, towels etc). The beds were comfy too. We do recommend !
SShanOBGreat place with comfortable beds and a shuttle to the ******. Would definitely stay here again. Nice pool as well. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Including the Wagon Wheel with friendly people, good cheap food and beer. They give you passes to ride the shuttle bus which will take you to Niagara Falls and other places such as the ******. The passes are good for one full day. Front desk and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
GGuest UserLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!
