It was my first time doing a solo trip and I had a wonderful experience that started with this hotel. The staff were wonderful to me and made me feel so welcome I will definitely be back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Le G. Kamil and Daniel and the hotel cleaning staff were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. We arrived late and Kamil and Daniel proactively provided us with check-in instructions, including details on how to take the train from the Nice Airport. When we needed to stay an extra day, they graciously extended our stay without delay.
The hotel was very clean, quiet and well supplied and we had everything we needed. The hotel is tastefully decorated and in very good condition.
The bathroom is modern and everything was excellent, including very good water pressure. While the shower might seem small to people from North America, it's normal for Europe and it was completely fine.
The room had plenty of space for my 15 year old son and I and we enjoyed our time here. The queen bed was larger than we expected and more comfortable than it appeared. The windows opened easily and allowed us to let fresh air in but the room was also temperature controlled by a mini-split system.
The location is great with an easy walk to everything you might need. Le Café des Chineurs restaurant/bar connected to the hotel is great and lively. The Clay café around the corner was our favourite for brunch and Garabaldi and Roze in the plaza were excellent restaurants options too.
We took the tram to most places but enjoyed walking around the area, down to the Promenade des Anlgais and generally exploring the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this hotel.

Een erg prettig hotel in het stadscentrum. Mijn kamer was in ieder geval erg leuk ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. De service is echt voortreffelijk. Je bent hier echt gast. De medewerkers zijn gezellig en behulpzaam. De buurt is levendig dus je kunt wel eens wat horen van de straat gedurende de nacht. Maar de ambiance, ook in het restaurant maakt alles goed. De oude stad is op 2 minuten lopen, het tramstation van lijn 2 op een minuut lopen en de Oude Haven op 3 minuten lopen. Een perfecte ligging aan de Place Garibaldi waar veel vertier is. Het hotel is hondvriendelijk en ook dat is erg plezant. De volgende keer in Nice ga ik hier zeker weer slapen.

The perfect location for exploring Nice. The hotel is so central to everything that it is just great for getting to see everything. Welcoming and friendly check in, and our room was lovely. Please note is it is so central it can be a bit noisy of an evening but we were out most of the time anyway. Great patisserie a couple of doors down that you must visit!
