3-Star Hotels in Nice

Nice hotel, rooms are small but adequate (recommend it for couples or solo), breakfast is basic but good enough. The old town, marina and promenade are all easily accessible (couple minutes of walk), and the area around the hotel is filled with restaurants, bars etc. This might be the only downside, it was very noisy in the party ‘rush hour’ but if you are looking for night life, this hotel is right by the center of it. Overall a very positive experience.

Overall stay was superb. Rooms are clean, front office service was helpful (helped us book airport transfers, recommended restaurants), and breakfast was good too. Note there was no fridge nor kettle, cups, utensils in room so it was slightly inconvenient.

My wife and I stayed for one week at Hotel Byakko. It is conveniently placed for public transport and in good walking distance of the shops and Old Town. The staff are all very friendly, polite and efficient and the amenities and breakfast good. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the shower good too. If anything, the hotel undersells itself, by not mentioning some of its amenities, including free afternoon tea, a safe in the room, shower soap etc in the bathroom and so on. We would highly recommend Hotel Byakko and would certainly stay there again if we are back in NIce. Thank you to all the hotel's staff for an enjoyable stay.

It is unclear on the parking t&c, it will be better if guest would have known in advance to book it beforehand. Other than that, the location is central and only 5 mins walking to nearest tram stop.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

The hotel is good for its position and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Two bedrooms and a living room with equipment for kitchen are good if you stay with family and children. Two details I didn’t like. 1. Our sink in a bathroom was tapped and water didn’t go down. I called to reception to fix it, they answered that they don’t have anyone to come and fix it. The lady told me she will call me back to help me somehow but she never did it. We had 3 children and 3 adults and it was almost impossible to use a sink which is not nice at all. 2. The receptionist couldn’t give me an invoice for a company and avoid any responsibility of it. It’s not professional and nice as well.

Rooms are VERY tiny but were modern and clean. Location is perfect for active travelers as it is literally 40 meters from the central train station, you can basically get to your platform in 5 minutes from your room. (Can get a bit loud outside occasionally, it's in the middle of the city after all.) Breakfast is GREAT, wide range of options, with all excellent quality products for the price. Can also store your suitcase (locked up) after checking out which can be useful. Definitely would stay here again anytime! Very satisfied.

The location is excellent and the room that touched us was spacious and comfortable, but very noisy: I was on the first floor and had no curtains: I had only black-out, i.e. we had two options: The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and very comfortable. Of the few affordably priced hotels in Nice, this may the only one that has rooms with a full view of the Mediterranean and the Cote d' Azur. Its recent renovations apparently included soundproof windows, because it is quiet inside despite the traffic outside. The rooms and bathrooms are small but well designed and tastefully furnished and decorated. Since renovations are still underway, the tiny and crowded reception area may shock you on arrival, but the reception staff make up for it by being exceptionally friendly, helpful and reliable. The same can be said about the breakfast room serving staff who will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food choices on the breakfast buffet are very good and offer adequate variety. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Old City and the shopping areas around it on foot. On the whole, this hotel is a real gem.

The tram station is just a few minutes away, providing excellent access to the center of Nice. There is a large supermarket in the back and there is no problem in procuring food. Self-cooking utensils are fully equipped for apartment system. It's a pity that the hair dryer in the room was broken and couldn't be used.
