Hotel: 1. Clean, new and comfortable. Bathroom and toilet are separated. 2. At the south exit of Niigata Station, the third floor is connected to the JR station, and the transportation is very convenient. 3. There are many shops in the station. 4. There are many restaurants near the north exit of the station. The room is not big but nice.

I stayed here on a trip to a live concert. The hotel staff were very friendly and even put my souvenirs in a paper bag when I left my luggage with them. It's close to the station and a convenience store, so I'd like to stay here again if I have another trip.
