It was a nice hotel that was easy to use!
They provided a rental humidifier and heater, which I used and the room was warm enough. However, the humidifier was dirty or grimey so I didn't use it.
They also helped me out by storing my luggage both before and after check-in!

There wouldn't be any issues if you were just staying overnight, but there were a few things that bothered me.
They don't seem like a big deal, but these are things I haven't noticed at other business hotels around Niigata Station.
- There was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the room, but no hand soap.
- The receptionist seemed to be wearing almost no makeup, so there was a bit of a strange feeling about her appearance.
- The coat racks and luggage racks were at the back of the room, so it felt far from the entrance.

Clean and sanitary, but the room is a bit small. You can only go upstairs by yourself if you book a room for one person. Even my friend can't help push the luggage upstairs. The front desk is right at the elevator entrance. However, the service attitude is not bad.
