酒店位置非常不錯，江景和夜景是每天打開窗簾都能看到的驚喜。房間很寬敞，客廳和卧室分開，適合家庭遊。兩個洗手間，也對一家三口很友好！
服務人員都很耐心周圍，都會和客人微笑點頭，出入也會有人打招呼。
一開始沒看清房間內容，訂錯了，前台小姐姐很耐心地指導預訂並且主動升房。
非常好的一次住店體驗。

在河岸邊，風景挺好，不過對面有個船廠，一直有工作的噪音，直至下午下班才結束，要安靜的人要注意哦！

酒店就在外灘邊上，房間面積算是比較大的了，住的在二樓，下午茶在酒店一樓的咖啡廳，晚上前台很熱心的帶我們去酒店露台看夜景，夜景超級美，女朋友很喜歡，很適合夜景拍照

早該發現這樣的藝術公館，住宿環境一流，打開窗就是美景，兩父女夜晚坐在江邊，久違的畫面。餐廳是營地風格，讓人倍感放鬆。有機會我會再來住的，的確不錯！還在大堂彈奏一曲。

環境和裝修還挺好，衞生不行，洗手間地上污跡斑斑，飄窗茶台上煙灰還在，我擦黑了兩張消毒巾。服務嘛前台態度還戀好的，端早飯的大姐絕了，口裡嚼着燒麥手裡還拿着半個，把一籃早飯擱我面前讓我自己一層層拿出來，真的是一點服務意識都沒有。
