There’s splashes vomit or something in the bathroom. And the cleaning service get in the room…. We didn’t ask for cleaning up. We didn’t turn on the lights. They open the door.

The equipment is still relatively new and the products provided are also very stable. The front desk solves the problem in a timely manner. If there is a problem, the feedback will be tracked to solve it. I am very satisfied.

The breakfast was rich and varied. Although the room sent 2 breakfasts, the children could have breakfast with our 2 adults. The service was satisfactory.

Because I came to work nearby, I stayed here for one night temporarily. The price/performance ratio is quite high. The hotel living environment is also good. ～ Takeaway at night can be delivered to the door by the waiter. The front desk service attitude is also very nice. The living experience is good.

I went there because of the 4.9 rating on Ctrip, but after checking in, it was still a little far from my expectations. The hotel's hardware is a bit old, the service is standard, the food is just okay, and the feeling of staying here is very average.

Fantastic stay! Great service, friendly staff, especially the manager and a dog-loving attitude. The location is great (next to the lake), plenty of facilities within reach and east access with car. Will definitely stay here again on our visits to Ningbo; Sly (our dog) says 'see you again'!
