The overall decor is elegant and luxurious, combining a touch of modern luxury with local charm. Both the public areas and guest rooms show meticulous attention to detail, truly embodying a five-star experience. I opted for a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the three rivers and their banks. Waking up to the morning mist over the river and enjoying the neon reflections at night, every moment was a picturesque scene. The bedding in the room was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, demonstrating thoughtful service throughout my stay, making it incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It truly lives up to its reputation as a landmark luxury hotel in Ningbo."

"I looked at several hotels before booking and finally chose Zhen Ting. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The front desk service was attentive. My favorite part was the room with a bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, it's so relaxing to soak in a warm bath. Plus, the room was soundproof, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent (near Chenghuang Temple on Line 2). Tianyi Square is right next door, and it's convenient to get to Gulou and the Bund Bridge. Everything for food, drinks, and entertainment is on one street. Line 2 also goes directly to the high-speed rail station and the airport. It's really great value for money, highly recommend!"

"Choosing the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo for my recent trip to Ningbo was absolutely the right decision! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic! Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls). Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card. The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite! If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it. Too bad I didn't take many photos!"

This time, the stay was again perfect, so comfortable and reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised when they kindly upgraded my room for free during check-in! 👍 The hotel environment is elegant and clean, with a warm and comfortable ambiance. During my two-day stay, the service was thorough, detailed, gentle, and enthusiastic. All my requests were handled quickly and properly, showing their dedication and care. I truly felt a warm 'home away from home' experience. This established hotel consistently delivers quality, with warm and attentive service. Its prime location is perfect for both leisure travelers and business stays. I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Ningbo. Next time I'm in Ningbo, I'll definitely choose Nanyuan Hotel again!"

"The front desk lady was super pretty and sweet. I booked a special offer room, and she upgraded me to a Japanese-style tatami room for free. The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a hot water dispenser. You could see Tianfeng Tower right outside the window, and it looked quite beautiful when lit up at night. The environment was very quiet, no noise at all. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo!"

"Choosing Guanhe Hotel is really an extremely wise decision! Step into the room, the careful configuration of the facilities will make people feel good. High-quality bedding, soft and skin-friendly, lying on it as if surrounded by clouds, The service is even more intimate, from the warm reception at the front desk to the warm greetings of the cleaning staff, every detail makes people feel the warmth of home. Once I accidentally soiled the sheets, the staff not only did not complain, but also quickly helped to replace them, and the attitude was always friendly. In terms of hygiene, it is even more extreme. The room was spotless, the bathroom was clean and bright, there was no water stains and odor, and every place was showing its intentions and professionalism. The transportation around the hotel is extremely convenient. Many bus lines pass through this place, and the subway station is not far away, which can easily reach all over the city. View and hotel, from facilities to services, from health to transportation, all aspects are impeccable. Next time I travel, I will still choose here without hesitation!"

"I booked a one-night stay at your hotel for this trip, and overall, I had a very positive experience. First off, parking was convenient, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of attractions like Tianyi Pavilion, Old Bund, and Chenghuang Temple, or a short taxi ride away. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and commercial outlets nearby, making it easy to explore, dine, and shop. Lastly, the hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service is great. My only minor comment is that the room in the South Building felt a bit small."

"The hotel management is quite good, the facilities are decent, and the service is prompt. The robot delivery is fast, making it a standard business hotel. I suggest adding a brand sign at the entrance, as Baidu Maps leads to the Crowne Plaza entrance, and it's hard to find Holiday Inn Express downstairs. Also, the hotel breakfast is free, and I recommend Ctrip app to indicate that breakfast is included, otherwise, guests might miss out! The hotel breakfast offers seafood noodles, which looked quite appealing, though I didn't try them as there are too many delicious options at Tianyi Plaza. I ended up trying the popular Zhangfuji instead, haha."
