Motel 6 Norman, OK

When I tried to check-in the employee wasn’t even at the hotel; he showed up 10 minutes later. Signs on the windows read… sorry, our cable is out… there will be a $25 hold on your account to make sure room keys are returned… and several other “don’ts.” I should have left then. The hotel was new. There was just 1 dim light in the room. Otherwise the room was good. You can find better service in Norman for the same price. Go somewhere else.

Overall good! Hotel did not provide amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and toothbrush. However, they have vending machines to purchase them. Room was clean.

For what we needed and the price it was perfect. The room was basic, and the door to the hall had quite a gap and the black out curtains in the room still let in lots of light. But for a place to put our head while we did a daytime event, the place was perfect and the price was just what we needed it to be. You pay for what you get, so you don’t get a lot here but you get what you need. They do not housekeeping on the weekends due to staffing, but we prefer to not have anyone in while we are there anyway so for us that’s fine. They do have guest laundry available which is helpful.

Property served its purpose. Good if all you need is a bed to sleep and a shower.

I recently stayed at a Motel 6, and overall, it met my expectations for this chain. The room was clean and maintained well, providing a comfortable stay. However, the main downside was the noise level; the walls (or possibly the adjoining door) were paper-thin, making it easy to hear everything from neighboring rooms. The staff were average, neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly. It’s a decent option if you're looking for basic, budget-friendly accommodation.

Very comfortable room, no frills but everything you could need. Didn't see the staff much but they were busy with graduation week so it's understandable. Not much within walking distance but food and shopping a short drive away. Easy access to Norman and the interstate. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet and convenient. Change nothing.
