This hotel is either new or recently completely renovated because everything is in perfect condition. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The lobby area is bright and welcoming. The staff were friendly and efficient. The complementary breakfast is well stocked with hot and cold items. A nice extra is the coffee machine located in the lobby that dispenses lattes, cappuccinos, etc at no cost. There is a gym and a games area. I highly recommend staying here.

First impressions were awful. Their front desk attendant (I believe her name is Brooke) was very rude when checking in. Anytime I asked questions she was short with me and would sigh or roll eyes. Once in our pet friendly room, we opened the bathroom door and was hit with the stench of cigarette smell. I’m honestly shocked they didn’t notice the smell when they cleaned the room before we arrived. We also found crumbs of cheetohs on the ground. Luckily we found it before our dogs and that it wasn’t something that could be dangerous to them if they had found it first. The room itself was decent and the beds are fairly comfy. The location is good and close to many stores and restaurants. When checking out, the man at the front desk was fairly nice and friendly.
