The TV had no program guide / channel guide. Also, I am hard of Hearing but the closed caption on the remote / the TV didn't recognize it.

I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and I always come back because the staff Richard Rodney, Mark Miss Jan they’re all amazing people. They actually care and they want you to enjoy your stay. They want you to get the most out of staying in an unsafe area but still yet feel comfortable, they take precautionary measures. They have security these people care about their customers and their customer service is above par. They are always trying to make the best out of everything they do.and it shows. Thanks

It doesn’t look like the picture nor does it feel safe. I had to pull the door out for the bolt lock to be locked… very ghetto…

The walls had holes in them. the sheets had cigarette burns in a none smoking room plus the smoke detector was ripped out of the wall. The room smelled like cigarettes. I checked out within minutes and still haven’t got my refund for the other two nights

The property was dirty with mold growing in the bathroom. There were roaches crawling on the floor and wall. A black bug crwled out of the sinkwhen i brushed my teeth .there were several places ptched on the walls. I
The room was dark and there was a sign in the lobby that said: no sitting, phone charging, , and no eating or drinking. I was very displeased and outright discusted!

Roaches, dirty sheets, unfinished walls, dirty pool, toilet wouldn’t flush, mold on the walls, air was stuffy, desk chair had a missing wheel, trash was in the dressers.
