room was gorgeous and hotel was near everything so booking and Uber for a drunken night around downtown KC was $10-$15 a ride. Front desk only had one person so that was not very efficient especially if that one person had to step away, you’d be standing at the check in for a while waiting, another downside was pool was rarely open. There wasn’t really any structured swim hours just an ‘out of service’ sign on the door every other hour.

This place was a quick car ride to knuckleheads saloon, where we saw a concert. Cute bar with good options. Nice lobby and outdoor patio. My only complaints: there were not outlets by the nightstands, which was somewhat inconvenient and there is a gap on the window shade that does not affect privacy, but morning light can shine through. I forgot my sleep mask and there’s no actual curtains to get a full blackout.

No complaints— was easy to check in and out, no fee to park, and room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and there were multiple places available to charge electronics. Also love Drybar toiletry products and free makeup wipes.

We did not enjoy the lady that checked us in. She did not communicate well and was not friendly or approachable. The lady that checked us out in the morning was friendly and courteous. I would recommend this hotel based on its cleanliness and spacious rooms.

Friendly and helpful staff, bedrooms were not cleaned every day. I stayed for 5 nights and the bedsheets were not changed once. Asked at the reception to replace the conditioner in the shower but not done. Not conditioner for my last day. It says to have restaurant at the hotel but there is none. It has option for snacks, small hot breakfast but not really restaurants which was not too bad.
