Because the road to the store is small and poor, because my chartered car is difficult to drive up, I asked for a small three-wheeled road to the foot of the mountain (about 500 meters away) and also charged me the fare! Although the money is not more than three hundred rupees, it will feel bad!

This is the perfect place to stay if you need some „holidays in your holidays“ and want to relax after busy days in Sri Lanka’s hot cities and landscape. Nuwara Eliya provides nice cool weather to relax and this hotel provides anything else you need: most comfortable beds in Sri Lanka, great bathroom with the best products I’ve used during my trip, great service, nice outside area and walking distance to Lake Gregory or some nice restaurants (especially if you’re longing for a nice Italian pizza after weeks of curry for breakfast and dinner 😉). Definitely recommending this place to stay! (They also organize trips, drivers and TukTuks for you. You just need to ask.)

The location is very good, not very quiet on the main street, and you can see the lake of Texel by pushing the window, beautiful scenery! The owner is a northeast aunt, very warm and hospitable, chatting with us, making dumplings in the case of power outages. The next morning, for our stomach, breakfast made delicious Chinese food and almost impossible to eat in Lanka. Soft rice, when we left, gave us a lot of food, haha, although there is no electricity, but the warmth of home! Auntie is so cute.
