Hygiene: Average. The room on the first floor cannot open the window, very stuffy. There is no elevator, it is very inconvenient to go upstairs if you live on the second floor. Like all hotels in the United States, there are no slippers or toothbrushes. There are McDonald's and several fast food restaurants and gas stations around. It feels that the surrounding security is not very good, and the reception desk is like the window of a domestic bank.

This hotel is underrated. It is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed at. The rooms are so beautiful, clean, spacious and very nicely decorated with the gorgeous pictures of NYC in every room. The owners are extremely nice and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. As well as the housekeepers, who help you with anything you need as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the area.

Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Only downside was the noise of the AC which I’m not use to. No highway noise was a plus, easy on/off highway.

the location cant be beat, very close to the Palisades Mall and lots of food options, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ralph at the front desk is knowleable about the area and made me feel welcome to be staying here, i will be back for all this and also the clean and safe enviorment

Place needs a little work but the overall condition was good. Clean, smelled nice, professional staff member, and comfortable. I would still there again. It also was not overly expensive. I had two rooms for one night.
