Green Garden Suites Hotel

Sowohl online, als auch im Flughafentransfer hat uns eine Mitarbeiterin des Reiseveranstalters mitgeteilt, dass wir maximal 1:40h zur Unterkunft benötigen. Die tatsächliche Fahrzeit mit dem gebuchten Flughafentransfer dauerte rund 3 Stunden!! Unsere gesamte Reisedauer von Wien bis zur Unterkunft in Alanya dauerte somit rund 12 Stunden - mit 2 minderjährigen Kindern, bzw einem Kleinkind ist diese Reisedauer eine Zumutung. Im Hotel angekommen haben wir bemerkt, dass unser Apartment nicht direkt im Resort gelegen ist. Um das Resort zu betreten, mussten wir unsere Hotelanlage verlassen und eine befahrene Autostraße ohne Gehsteig etwa 2 Minuten folgen, um das Resort zu betreten. Mit den rasenden Autos, Lieferwägen und Motorradfahrern ist dies jedes Mal ein Risiko mit unseren Kindern gewesen (da kein Gehsteig vorhanden war!). Vom Apartment selbst waren wir sehr zufrieden, da es groß und geräumig war - für 4 Personen somit ideal. Die Sauberkeit lies jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Fliesenwände im Badezimmer, sowie alle Türen wurden scheinbar noch nie abgewischt, da überall "rinnende" abgetrocknete Flecken zu sehen waren, was sehr unangenehm war. Der Geschirrspüler, sowie Mikrowelle hat Rost & Schimmel aufgewiesen. Von der Putzkraft wurde nur 1x in den gesamten Tagen der Boden gewischt oder Bettbezug gewechselt. Sonst nur die Handtücher erneuert und das Bad "geputzt" bzw die Bettdecken gerichtet. Nun kommen wir wohl zum unangenehmsten Teil des Urlaubes, was das Essen, sowie den Speisesaal betrifft. Der Speisesaal war nicht klimatisiert und Speisen waren zwar gewärmt, aber nicht gekühlt (welche es gebraucht hätten, sowie Käse, offene Wassermelone etc). So standen die Speisen stundenlang von 18.30 - 21:00 Uhr in einer "Wärmekammer" von rund 35°C und 85% Luftfeuchtigkeit (aktuelle Temperaturanzeige vor Ort!). Nicht verwunderlich war, dass 3 von 4 Personen unserer Familie ab dem 2. Tag mit Blähungen, Erbrechen und Durchfall reagierten. 1 Person davon hat kaum Fleisch und Wassermelone konsumiert, weshalb daraus schließen lässt, dass die Magen-Darm Infektion vermutlich davon kam. Bei der Lagerung kein Wunder - ist schon fast fahrlässig.. Zuletzt wollten wir unseren Urlaub auch am Meer genießen.. Der Zugang zum Meer vom Resort ist ebenfalls durch einen Straßenübergang zu durchqueren und anschließend einer düsteren Unterführung, wo aufrecht gehen unmöglich ist. Mit geducktem Kopf ist man durch die Unterführung spaziert und am Meer angekommen. Dieses wurde begrüßt durch einen zugemüllten Zufluss, welches sich bis weit ins Schwimmfeld durchzieht. Plastikflaschen, Zigaretten, Tüten, etc schwammen im Meer herum - von Sauberkeit leider wieder keine Spur.

Amazing hotel. Here, the management fully monitors every process so that everything is perfectly clean, the hotel area will especially appeal to children, there are 3 playgrounds. Variety of cuisine, fish, beef, turkey every day✅the only thing is I would use more spices when cooking, salt and garlic, but everything is super. Sometimes, for a change, we buy tickets to other hotels, but we return to Green garden ♥ Thank you everyone for the excellent vacations of our family. And I must say that this hotel is located in a good village, where there are a lot of parks, restaurants, streets along which you can walk and not to the center far away, but on Mondays there is a busy market.

Good day everyone, this is my first time in Turkey, because in terms of money it was the most affordable country. I was traveling and didn’t expect to have a good vacation; I had already come to terms with everything bad at the Yekaterinburg airport. But.. I was amazed at the general reception of the country - politeness, smiles, non-intrusiveness, knowledge of Russian. And the hotel is simply gorgeous for 4 stars, large rooms, although we had a view of the football field, and okay, we came to our room to sleep, the rooms were clean. Cleaning is not noticeable. The hotel is simply a paradise for children, so many things have been invented - playgrounds, swimming pools, slides, wonderful children's animation. I would also like to say about the restaurant - the employees are very friendly, there is a large selection of food, they even have steamed food. In the evening there is always fish, turkey, lamb, you won’t run out of drinks, but there is always plenty of wine, beer, gin, and rum. Of the Cons, there is no free bar on the beach and there is little meat in the taste. The main meals run out very quickly, I would like dinner before 23, because if you go on a spree in the city, consider yourself hungry

This is an inexpensive apartment hotel close to the sea and the opportunity to walk to the territory of the neighboring 5*. The renovation is beautiful, the rooms are cozy. There are insects in the kitchen area, but we didn't pay attention to them. The kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and a minimum set of dishes. You can cook it. Cleaned every day. For some reason, our linen was changed every day. The air conditioning is not very clean, there is a smell - we hardly used it. It's cozy to sit on the balcony in the evening - it's big. Downstairs on floor “B” there is a gym and a sauna, but we went to the resort, it’s nicer there. Is there a safe in the room. Lifehack. To prevent the smell from coming out of the drain, you just need to pour a couple of glasses of water there.

We spent a long time choosing a hotel and then the Green Garden Hotel caught our eye. Its name speaks for itself. The hotel area is large. There are multi-storey buildings, and there are separate houses (bungalows). There is practically no animation in the hotel, so this hotel is mainly chosen by couples with small children. Since we have small children, our son was 7 years old and our daughter was 4 years old, we were happy with everything in this regard. The children got so tired all day and slept, and my husband and I enjoyed a gorgeous view of the mountain and the sea every evening. The food was delicious, not to say varied, but you definitely won’t leave hungry. Our children don’t eat everything, they are picky, but even they were always well-fed. They liked the food they cooked. And the most important thing for them was ice cream 24 hours a day.))) Just kidding, but ice cream was really plentiful all day and incredibly tasty. I've never seen this before. And it really was very tasty. The sea is gorgeous. The shore is small pebbles and sand, and a little deeper there are larger stones, but they did not cause any discomfort. The rooms in this hotel are a separate issue. Very convenient for those with small children. Each room has its own small kitchen with dishes, kettle, etc. The rooms were cleaned normally. Personally, I never pay attention to cleaning; for me the most important thing is food and the sea. We ourselves went to the mountain, which is located next to the hotel. We took the children on a funicular ride and walked in the fortress. There is a gorgeous view from the top. We visited the famous Cleopatra beach. The sand is really cool on this beach, but the entrance to the sea is simply terrible. I slipped on the boards that are under water and got hurt. A good entrance is only at the foot of the mountain. I recommend the hotel, but for a family holiday. It is not designed for young people, since there is no party and movement. But for those who are tired of the city and want a relaxing holiday, this is it. We would love to return to this hotel.

The plus: Hotel apartment close to restaurants and the beach. Spacious clean. Friendly reception staff. Kind cleaning lady. Quiet swimming pool not very big but ok. Umbrellas and deck chairs on the beach. Varied breakfast. The least: Poorly soundproofed. Forced to leave the hotel to have breakfast and go to the Green Garden Spa hotel 5 minutes away, where the staff of this hotel and particularly that of the restaurant, are as bad as their coffee. No fresh juice. 2 room managers disrespectful to customers. Not a smile in a week. Obliged to ask to see the manager to remind him of the rules of respect towards customers.

We stayed for a month in the apartment in June 2022. Spacious, clean rooms with everything you need. We used the territory of the main hotel with swimming pools, activities, etc. Everything is within walking distance - the sea, restaurants, shops, shopping center. On Mondays there is a market. The staff is friendly, all issues were resolved quickly. I would like to say a special thank you to the animators in the children's room. Aisana and Ipek immediately fell in love with the children. The children enjoyed going to the children's room every day and to the children's disco in the evenings. Thank them very much.
