Ginzan Onsen Notoya Ryokan

這間有形物質文化遺產登錄的能登屋旅館創業於1893年，同時這間也屬於日本秘湯旅館之一，位於山形縣尾花市銀山溫泉。由於大正時期的木造工藝，所以在這裏，可以感受到”大正浪漫”時期的懷舊風情。 因為據說是宮崎駿電影動畫「千與千尋」湯婆婆的油屋取材之景點，再加上全館只有15間客室，所以讓其成為溫泉鎮上最難訂到房間的溫泉旅館。 晚餐時段，吃了一頓旅館提供的懷石料理，可以品嚐到當地尾花沢牛等新鮮食材。 早上吃早餐前來到一早預約的展望風呂樓層，行上很長的87級樓梯，沿著山路，才真正發現能登屋最厲害的地方，原來是這個超秘密的露天森林溫泉，風景實在超美，還可以遠眺白銀の滝（白銀瀑布）。這個展望風呂在冬天是不會開放的，今次趁夏天有機會來體驗一吓！ 除咗展望風呂，地下室還有一個洞窟風呂，裏面範圍不大，僅供私人泡湯。 早上來到能登屋的喜樂殿享用早餐，整個桌面擺滿了精緻的日式瓷器和餐點，十分豐盛，還有很多醃製的漬物小菜。

What customers want from Ginzan Onsen is not the quality of the hot springs, but the atmosphere of the hot spring town, which shines in the snowy scenery and night view. I stayed in the annex "Higurashi", which features high ceilings, beams and ceiling fans. Despite being fully booked, the hot spring was not so crowded, and the underground cave bath had a nice atmosphere. The meal was satisfying enough for a senior couple, and I was able to enjoy Yamagata's local cuisine in the morning and evening. Nighttime events (project mapping, soap bubbles, etc.) that bring the hot spring town together are wonderful, but it would be even better if there were a guided tour that conveyed the charm and hardships of Notoya's wooden architecture.

I spent one night with my family at Notoya Ryokan. It was a spacious room on the river side, and it was very nice that fresh flowers were displayed everywhere in the building. All the staff were very polite and made me feel at ease. The walking path near Ginzan Onsen was also very enjoyable. The cave full of negative ions and bats was a little adventure and fun. I enjoyed walking around the hot spring town during the day and at night and enjoying the atmosphere. I think it was just the right size for my mother in her 70s.

An inn that can be said to be a symbol of Ginzan Onsen. It is a member inn of the Japan Association of Secluded Hot Springs. There are three hot springs: a large public bath in the annex, a private cave bath in the basement of the main building, and a private open-air bath located about 100 steps up the stairs from the annex. It is a ryokan designated as a national registered tangible cultural property, and its appearance is unique and wonderful. It was a room on the river side of the main building, but I noticed that the maintenance was a little old. Flowers are displayed everywhere in the inn, creating a gorgeous atmosphere. I think the food is price-matched, but the customer service and service are disappointing when it comes to this class. It was said that the designation of the 2nd and 3rd floors and the request for a room could not be received.

The view from the riverside room I saw on the net was wonderful, so I went there. You can order a shuttle bus from Oishida Station. The rooms are large and comfortable. There were many wild plants for dinner and breakfast, but there was a wide variety, and the shabu-shabu of Obanazawa beef was very delicious and satisfying. The large communal bath had one indoor bath and one open-air bath. There are two smoking areas in the inn and several in the hot spring town. Both the public bath and smoking area are prohibited from use from 12:00 to 5:00 in the morning. The people at the inn were very kind. The Ginzan Onsen town is not as large as I expected, but the atmosphere is very good and there are footbaths and restaurants. I couldn't see the Shiragin Falls that I was looking forward to because of the muddy stream, probably because of the rain until the day before. The curry bread was sold out, but I was satisfied because I was able to eat delicious fried tofu. At night, the lights are turned on and the atmosphere changes from daytime, making it even more photogenic. I also enjoyed the walk very much.

This ryokan has the most atmosphere in Ginzan Onsen, and it feels like you have slipped back in time, especially at night. Both the hot spring and the room were renovated inside, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. Sure, the snowy Ginzan Onsen is wonderful day and night, but some inns are modern modern buildings, and I feel that this wonderful landscape is gradually disappearing. I'm sorry.

Notoya Ryokan that I've always wanted to stay at. I finally got the chance to stay. It was difficult to make a reservation for the most quaint riverside guest room that I had longed for before Corona, but I could make a reservation smoothly. When I went to the room with my heart full of expectations ... that? Something is different. It's true that the floor plan is right on the river side, but it's not the astringent room I saw on the homepage ... I was shocked. We were guided to the new and beautifully refurbished room. It's a subtle difference, but the texture of the wood, such as the banma, and the atmosphere created from it are completely different. The interior is often slightly different depending on the room, but I forgot. There are 50,000 other places I want to visit and inns I want to stay at, so this is probably a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Even if I come to Ginzan Onsen again, I would like to stay at Kozankaku and Nagasawa Heihachi next time. I should have confirmed by phone. It was a big mistake. It may not be a big difference for those who are not particular about it, but it is an important issue for enthusiasts like me. I tried my best to regain my mind, and the food was pretty good, but I didn't really care about the food and hot springs because they were similar to each other and I didn't attach much importance to them. Only the quaint cityscape overlooking from the window was as expected. But I have to think that it would have been better if it was from that room. For such a person, it should be clearly stated that it may be different from the room in the image, and if possible, I think it would be kind if you could put all the patterns of the room in the image.
