沒有電梯房間特別小住在閣樓上，站不起人，離店後一天扣除清潔費100瑞士法郎，理由：浴室地上有水。我請問呢，你自己浴室沒有做乾濕分離我洗澡地怎麼幹，你讓我打掃房間裏怎麼不配備清潔工具呢？其次，我自己帶了一次性浴巾，説我把浴巾放在木板上造成傷害？？？？？？？避雷，沒有保潔經驗的千萬別來

Sehr guter, kompetenter und aufmerksamer Service. Das Essen qualitativ und quantitativ ausgezeichnet. Wir waren schon einige male hier, und immer sehr zufrieden. Heute speziell ein Kuchen frisch aus dem Ofen. Wir danken allen Beteiligten.

Wir sind zum Sonntagsfrühstück mit unseren Motos, früh von zu Hause losgefahren und haben es überhaupt nicht bereut. Im Gegenteil ein super Buffet. Viele versch. Brote, Käse, leckere Konfitüren, Müesli, bester Kaffi und obendrauf eine äusserst liebe Bedienung. Schaut euch auch das liebevoll gestaltete Restaurant an, besonders die Hotelgeschichte in Bildern, beim WC Eingang. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke

Le site est remarquable , Il y a un petit côté islandais au sommet de ce col et l'emplacement de l'hotel sublime la perception. L'établissement est totalement rénové avec gout et les chambres sont charmantes. Calme absolu . Un des très beaux souvenirs de cette année 2023 pour l'instant

Per Zufall haben wir im Restaurant des Hotels Grimsel Passhöhe angehalten und - trotz des kühlen Wetters - auf der Terrasse mit toller Sicht auf den See etwas zu essen bestellt. Die Bedienung war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend - das ist heutzutage nicht überall der Fall. Die Küche war einfach, aber ausgezeichnet. Wir waren so überrascht, auf dem Grimselpass zu gut zu essen! Unserer Ansicht nach verdient das Restaurant ganze fünf Punkte. Und wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Hier wird man verwöhnt, von A-Z. Der sehr persönliche Empfang ist Auftakt zu einem wunderbaren Aufenthalt im sehr gepflegten neu renovierten Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles ist ausgesprochen sauber, das Essen vorzüglich und immer steht der Gast im Vordergrund, die Bedienung darauf ausgerichtet, dass man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Überall spürt man das Wirken der Eigentümerfamilie, bis hin zum kleinsten Detail ist alles mit Liebe gestaltet bzw. angerichtet. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Super schöne Zimmer mit einer grandiosen Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen fantastisch. Die Portionen sind sehr gross und herrlich angerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig obwohl das Hotel direkt an der Passstrassen liegt.

Komplett saniertes Hotel, tolle Gastgeber (Familienbetrieb) und das Essensangebot ist vielseitig und qualitativ hochstehend. Wir waren von A-Z hell begeistert und können dies mit gutem Gewissen nur weiterempfehlen. Macht weiter so.
