Easy to get to off the interstate. The hotel itself needs a deep clean. Our room had heavy dust. The carpets throughout the building need a deep cleaning. Breakfast was decent if you don’t have the extra time or want to visit Cracker Barrel right across the way. I witnessed 3 customers complaining about issues in their rooms. The staff remained nice. Overall, glad they had an opening last minute but wouldnt plan on staying again.

We had a great stay. The kids liked the pool, basketball court, and the breakfast. Kevin, a receptionist, was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful as well. Our room was not spit-spot when we arrived, but it wouldn't affect us staying again.

The one bedroom suite was perfect for our stay. The bed, pillows, air conditioning, kitchen supplies, and couch were so comfortable. The area has lots of green grass for our two small dogs, that accompanied us on our trip. I want to add that Royce and Anna, front desk personnel made us feel like family. Excellent customer service

I was woke up in the middle of the night for reception staff when I have to work this is totally unacceptable. Besides they do not recognize your status . And not upgrade is given to you . Most of Marriott hotels will do that but not Thai one . They management is the worse . Won’t ever come to This place . You will regret

Room was old outdated. Couch had stains. Toilet was stained. Room smelling like curry and garlic. Mattress old and too firm.

Overall it was very good. The only negative is that our room was a bit musty smelling the entire time. We thought maybe the room had not been used for a while but came to the conclusion that it was pet related since this is a pet-friendly hotel. It seems that pets should be limited to certain rooms while all other rooms should be pet free. This seems to be more and more of a problem at many places these days. Otherwise we loved it.

Pros: size of rooms, gluten free options on breakfast bar
Cons: fireplace didnt work, asked and never repaired. Ran out of toilet paper and washclothes. Asked for more told they were out 👀
