This place is amazing. I would describe it as a traditional yet fancy hotel. The lodge design borrows the Maasai culture which leaves you feeling like you are part of the community. It is built right within the reserve, and you get to see some wild animals right outside your room, amazing. The staff are all locally hired to support the community, this means some of the bellboys are a little rough on the edges, but then again wouldn't you appreciate the difference between a usual 5* hotel. Generally, though the beds are super comfortable, and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. It was a great stay. Cuisine is simple and delightful with incorporation of the Maasai meals on different occassions.
