We really enjoyed our stay here. We had an en-suite site and couldn’t believe it when we found a $0 washing machine in there!! …they even provided packets of washing detergent!! On the side of the en-suite was a private fold out clothes line. Towels and toiletries were also provided. Such unexpected luxury!! The grounds are beautiful, the further back you go towards the back of the park are the unpowered sites, surrounded by natural bush and a couple of communal fire pits all stocked with firewood. There is a walking track at the back which leads to a beautiful beach surrounded by sand dunes. The front of the park is like a holiday resort with gorgeous swimming pools (too cold while we were there) and a bar and restaurant where we had cocktails and a very nice meal. The staff were great!!… very friendly… I would certainly come back to stay. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed on a powered site in the grassed area of the park and it was fantastic. We had a large level site with a great outlook, plenty of shade and privacy. Amenities were clean and the grounds were well looked after. We stayed for 4 days and regularly saw staff attending to the park for different things. Reception staff were friendly and our whole experience was amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly park and we will happily return. Not a huge fan of the two resident goannas but they seemed to do their own thing if left alone and I guess that’s what you can expect being so close to nature!

Short notice getaway, the team at reception were very accommodating and very friendly at checkin. Nice large sites, was warned it could be tight to get the van in but was easy as. Tractor service available is needed. Clean toilets and showers with good water pressure.

Never again. Near 20 yrs we've been visiting middlerock. Never had such poor treatment at any park in our lives. Park management will shift you to a different site of they stands to make more money from larger groups that want to stay together. Security and park management do nothing to keep order in the park, violence is tolerated from rogue groups attacking families, with Security merely a show of uniform, no order in the park after dark, very dangerous for children who are forced to share blind corners and access roads with oncoming vehicles, not enough amenities for amount of people during peak times, no duty of care with regard to providing safe environment to families, will not refund stay even if holiday is ruined by violent patrons who management allowed to stay theblist goes on. A once great park is now far from that. Staff and management need training in customer service and the place needs a much safer traffic management plan as a bare minimum. Not worth the near $1200 for 14 days of hell.

My whole family had great time here. Pool fantastic but too crowded which wasn't good for covid etc. Lovely food and people. Amenities needed to be cleaned more due to park being full was used alot so always quite dirty

The cafe by the pool is amazing! We ate there a lot instead of cooking our own food due to weather and also convenience. The layout of the sites is good, the number of showers and loos is great too, never too busy even at peak times.
