Staff was cooperative, quickly responding to our needs. Got heaters in rooms. Room was clean and tidy.

Location - close to the town. However, the road to the resort is very narrow. If one vehicle comes from the opposite side, both parties are stuck and have to move all the way back. Parking - Hotel parking space is less. One has to park one after the other and if one guest needs to remove the vehicle, they have to call all the other guests to move the vehicle. Reception - The lady staff at the reception is rude and not at all cooperative. Building - Very old building, lot of other buildings close by, not at all good view. Rooms - As the building is old, don't expect the room to be good. Toiletries were not available in the room. The towel provided on the first day was dirty. We had planned for the trip last minute, hence we missed out on all good resorts on the dates we wished to stay. Trip advisor gave this resort as very good, hence we booked 2 rooms for 2 days. When we came, we were not happy so at the reception we checked if we can update the room and we will pay for the same. That would cost us more. I would not want to pay so much more for this small hotel rather pay that money at Sterling and enjoy the ambience. We wanted to book at Sterling, unfortunately we missed the availability. There are pigeons all around the building.

So far a good experience and also a budget friendly breakfast was very good as well as its service.

On arrival the rooms were not upto the expectation and the service staff were not cooperative. The food was terrible and no flavour

Poor rooms , very poor quality food, no toiletries, no AC no Cealing fan pedestal fan was there but too noisy no source of ventilation , toilet was too small.

Everything is great about this hotel. Location, staff, room, food etc. Reception was really helpful and kind. Smooth check in and check out. If you need a balcony view choose deluxe room. Classic room has no view only other hotel rooms

Location is interior and roads are narrow to reach. Food is very bad, no taste and limited, highcost. Staffs are ok. Overall rating poor.

I've stayed here during the first week of may and though this is not one of the best stays in ooty, there's nothing serious to complain. I've paid for 3 days and that's a bit much for this hotel. However it was the peak season so almost all the hotels are over priced at this point of time. The rooms were neat and over all hotel is maintained well. 24 hrs hot water facility is available. Road leading to the hotel is narrow and parking is very congested. I suggest not to prefer this if you are coming in own vehicles. Room service and restaurant could do better. It will take 15 mins walk, mostly flat surface except near the stay, to the market area where you have a couple of good restaurants and other shops. Overall it's a 3. 5/5 kind of stay.

Worst experience from hotel staff. They mentioned rooms are ac but in actual they don't even have fan in room. Cleaning is worst. Too much costly as compare to room condition
