Stay was good. The breakfast and lunch was good. But the dinner, grill was poor. Campfire was good.

Not a pleasant stay. Hotel with poor amenities & services. Cook is on a long term leave so they. Somehow manage breakfast. For room cleaning we have to follow up at least three to four times. Better options are available in ooty at much below cost. The hotel's main manager is more interested in arranging local trips or side scenes rather than cleanliness and providing basic necessities

Feeling cheated according to price i paid on make my trip. Its mentioned room with mountain view but no mountain. Room just opens to a wall. No restaurant. They ordered my food from zomato and charged me extra. Food came 1 hour later and we missed our important timeline to visit ooty in day time. Breakfast options pathetic with a shabby and jail-like room. No options for breakfast. Helper was too slow and did not communicate properly. No toileteries in bathroom. Lot of power cuts. No channel on tv other than a few tamil channels.

Positives- hotel has a nice view of hills from sit out area, well maintained and nice garden outside room, hot water for bath was available. Negatives- room is old and every-time toilet smell was coming.

Good stay room was not good which I had booked which you had showed in online …But I spoke to Mr Ranjit and Mr Prakash they helped me to give a other room by charging extra for the room…yeh they are helpful

Average stay. Not value for money. The rooms were ok. Location near railway stn. Biggest problem was no food available. There is no restaurant so need to scout for food outside. Zomato etc didn't deliver after 8 pm. The building is good and heritage look
