Property well maintained, neat and clean rooms, located opposite to ooty race course, has a pure veg restaurant which has very tasty food. Kudos to hotel adarsh international

The experience was horrible. No tv in my room. The toilet taps were all leaking. Basin drainage was all choked up. The hooks to hang clothes were all broken in the bathroom. The lights in all the path ways were zero bulbs hardly any visibility. Very bad service. Horrible service.

Bath not good. Ok. Actually hote is good and staff are so nice behavior, but bath not so good, no tv connection properly, no national news channel are working, only local channel available but that is not working properly. Service overall good.

My stay was terrible, rooms were very dirty, room service was not available, bed was broken, staff was very rude. And the rooms didn't look the photos they uploaded

The hotel is multi storey but no lift. The rooms have no curtains. Even after asking them them they didn't provide any. They also didn't provide extra blanket. If you are just planing to keep your luggage and sleep at night...it's good..
