The staff are very sweet and nice. The place is quite clean and they took good care of us. The challenge here is hot water in limited time only. There are very few lounge chairs. Overall it’s a good place.

Rooms were not neat and clean and so the pillows covers, bed sheets and so on. O dour was coming from rooms.

The stay was decent. Dont expect much about the room. There was issue with hot water in mornings. They wont provide any kettle in room

Great location. Rooms are small. You get hot water between 6-9am only. Parking is too cramped, though the hotel staff manage it somehow. Toilets are fairly neat. The towels provided were old and used to its end. No hot water kettle/tea -coffee kits in room.

no proper parking. No hot water for bath in the evening at 12° temperature 🤭... finally we got hot water after 4 time request 😊

I went Ooty in may4, 2024, and I stayed in Alakapuri hotel. The hotel rooms are very clean, and wash rooms are also clean and daily hot water will come from 6am to 11 am… room boys are also very helpful and friendly and I just this hotel for family stay… overall experience is excellent… thank you make my trip
