It was a peaceful and pleasant stay. The view is good from here. Camp fire is there. Got a chance to meet other tourists. Overall it was a nice experience.

I booked a property in ooty. Unknowingly i didn’t notice its not a couple room. It was a dormatary for females only l. I raised the complaint. Mmt staff helped me and also refunded the amount

Full of hindi people working there. They were speaking something in hindi and laughing and kitchen working also hindi people they don't understand what we are saying. Keep on commenting in hindi and laughing against customer

The best budget stay in ooty! the room was super clean and the staff was very hospitable and cooperative. The food was good and affordable too. All in all, it was an amazing experience.

It was very good, stay and facilities all were good. The environment was friendly and we had a very good time. Zostel made my first solo trip the most interesting one.
