Bad experience, tap water was brown co-loured, commode flush was not working, no hot water

Breakfast each morning was a lovely start to the day, featuring a delightful array of fresh and tasty options and quite hygienic. The intimate dining area felt homely, and it was a pleasure to experience

I had a great stay, which is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very good and always helpful at the restaurant and reception, a few mentions to pandi, chef vignesh and surya helped to cook for my kid ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for its prime location and friendly service!

What a truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service from the reception staffs rahul, arun and tushar. From the moment i arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. And they went out of their way to ensure all my needs as i arrived by 10 pm. One of the features i appreciated most was the reliable hot water service at the time they mentioned. After a long day of exploring, it was a relief to return to a hot shower with consistent water pressure and this was a big plus for me. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend hotel silver oak to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares.

i recently stayed at silver oak hotel, a great budget-friendly option in ooty. the staff were incredibly nice and provided excellent service throughout my stay (specially – sujath, prasanna, manisha, nema and prasanth were very helpful at the restaurant, gowri, karthick and rahul were very welcoming and informative at the reception). the hotel offers good value for money, and the location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the area. highly recommended for those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank!

Rooms- it was a horrible experience staying here as the rooms are not good. You will find flies in the bathroom and damp in the walls/ceiling. In the name of cupboard an open wardrobe structure was there. Service - the extra bed provided was just a covered 4inch foam that too in such cold weather. Requested receptionist to at least double it so that it is sleep-able to which he replied you have paid for a one bed can't give two for the same price and that is only kind of extra bedding they provide. Requested for fresh towels in the morning, got the same in the evening after follow up. No refills for in-room coffee/tea done post room cleaning. Took them more than one call and an hour to share cutlery to the room. Dirty in-room cups seemed like not washed in clean water there is no swimming pool as mentioned in the description so please be aware of the same.

The hotel was 3 star but there were not any heater or ac/fan looking to the cold weather of ooty. The hotel breakfast was good. The staff was very polite and well behaved.

Property view is good, staff is good, only issue of hot water as per the weather it is very normal and cant have bath also in it. Informed the staff they were helpless
