This is not a hotel, it is an apartment converted into a holiday home. The room is very old, the front desk is very old, the staff is slow and very inefficient, and may be suitable for elderly people to kill time. It is highly not recommended for young people and people who have high quality requirements. This is the worst "hotel" we have ever stayed in in the US

This was pretty much a great mother/daughter shopping trip that had been awesome up until the last evening.
Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess.
Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific.
It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg.
I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

This is a beautiful modern spacious property which I as well as my travel companions can strongly recommend. It is also great for children with playground and various consideration for children. Will most definitely stay there again

I recommend this hotel to families and couples and singles of all ages. This beautiful hotel was the perfect stay for me and the price was super affordable!! The pools were relaxing with lots of lounge chairs. my first floor room in Building 6 was serene with a calming view of the lake screened in patio a perfect place for a morning coffee and evening cocktail. Easy commute from the Brightline and close to restaurants. It was just what I needed. I will be back!

This is a very good resort. I stayed here while in Orlando for business and the property had everything I needed while I was there. The rooms are generously sized and self-contained, with a kitchen unit and good sized bathroom, plus a balcony. The grounds are immaculate - there’s always someone tending to the surroundings. There are 2 pools, (although we only used the main one while there), a nice covered barbecue area, a small children’s play area and direct access to the outlet mall from the private and very secure complex which requires keycard entry and has round the clock guarded patrols. The shop, while slightly on the expensive side, provides good snack food and great coffee. The gym is basic but has everything you need. The staff were all very courteous, helpful and efficient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend this resort for business travellers, couples and families with older children. We would definitely return and use the resort as our base next time we’re in the greater Orlando area.
