Overall, it's good. I booked it for a friend. There is no extra charge. It's convenient to check in, and the transportation is also very convenient. I've been using Ctrip to book hotels,,,

I WAS a frequent visitor but I will never stay in the future. The place needs an overhaul. The units are dated and half-cleaned. The management and front desk clerk is something to be desired. I was moved more than once because the unit should not have a renter. I was charged despite all the problems that I encountered for example molded unit. Unit with television on the bed and no curtains to the window. 3 times moved. I was traveling with a paralyzed husband and was forced to find someplace else to stay. I was eventually refunded with me stating I would not return and a threat. Trust me I won't. Don't say you weren't warned. This place went downhill. Was staying there for years. I normally stayed in Building 6 or 7.

We did stay from 18.08.24 until 01.09.24. Our condo was partly renovated comparing to last year, this was a positive surprise. We do come now all ready several years and it feels like a second home. Also positive is to see the familiar face at the tiki bar keep up the great work 👍👍. We do hope that due all renovations planned that the prices will not change to much, so that we can enjoy many more holidays in the years to come. 👍👍👍 Greatings from Germany to you all.

This place is amazing and totally exceeded our expectations. Our family of five stayed during August and had a three bedroom suite, it was so spacious, beautifully decorated and so clean. Conveniently located only a 10 minute drive to the Disney area. The staff were courteous and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We also loved the pool area for a much needed chill, always so quiet and plenty of beds to choose from. Thank you to to you all for making our stay so perfect!

I came here to visit with family and I must say that everything was AMAZING. From the front desk staff, Felia to the pool and amenities. We truly had a wonderful time and my son enjoyed spending majority of his time down at the pool. I definitely would return and recommend that if you’re looking for a place to stay while in the Orlando area, this is definitely the place for you!

I really enjoyed this property compared to staying in a hotel. The apartment vibe with good space, washer & dryer and the covered balcony was a plus. Having the nice big pool accessible if you just wanted to just take a day of relaxation. This property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice. Also, this property is close to everything, shopping, dining, and attractions. I would recommend and I would definitely return.

I loved the fact that there was a full on kitchen here. You can go to a supermarket and cook your own food. It is a little far away from things. If you don’t have a car, you must use an Uber to get anywhere.

It was an amazing place, I love how beautiful the interior was decorated, it’s a nice family oriented place to stay. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Only flaw was that the tiki bar was close most of my days there and when it finally opens it was for only a few hours (more like 3 hrs only )

The location was great and amenities are decent. Proximity to Disney was great. The rooms need to be better maintained. They’re not thoroughly cleaned or maintained. No cleaning or basic replenishment of goods seems ridiculous for the nightly costs. The pool area is not maintained at all. No towels at all. It’s a mess daily.
