Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities in this hotel are next too none. Highly recommend this location.

If sleep is not a priority, then this is your hotel!!! Nestled right on the corner or a major thoroughfare, the insecent ROAR of motorcycles until 3am made for a miserable night!!! And the smoke detector above the bed, flashing ALL NIGHT LONG was reminiscent of disco days long past! The good news is that I got a lot of unnecessary mid-night online shopping done. Also, the shower pressure was pretty good. The room was clean and the staff was nice, but the location left much to be desired. I’m so glad we only booked for one night!!

I’ve been to many Marriott properties as I travel a lot for work. This hotel would not let the company pay for the room or let me check in. Customer service was bad and I was even mocked by the front desk because I was complaining. Filled a report through Marriott and was told we’d hear back from management. Management politely told us they didn’t care. One of the worse hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t name a single thing that went well other than the location was good.

Stayed here for EDC Orlando! Never been to EDC Orlando nor been to Orlando. To be honest, I did not feel safe with all that has been written into law by the Gov. Ron DeSantis which is being a retired naval officer that should never been the case. Regardless, I champion and went to my first EDC with my friends who are very knowledgeable in HOUSE MUSIC. Which I in my youth did not truly get to explore. The hotel was great and allowed my a friend who arrived a day early check into my hotel. I was delayed due to sharp pain triggering from a hit and run while riding my bike to my workout. This caused me to miss my first flight which my champion airline DELTA as usual got me to my destination. Anyway, the front desk was gracious and polite. Allowed my friend who flight was a day early check into my room without me being present. Also a disabled Naval Officer. I got the the hotel, checked in some laundry to the sleepy night audit, and went upstairs to rest. Another friend got in so the hotel let him up so they could rest till they could check into the Hilton around the corner. Hotel had been very kind. After resting we grabbed lunch and the guys went off to check-in their hotel. I took meds to deal with my pain which tamed from my rest and lunch. Called about the items I had laundered. Front Desk sent them up as I went to the first day of the festival. Got back and noticed some pieces were missing. The sleepy night audit could not locate anything. Called in the AM, the items were eventually found but stains everywhere. After a lot of back and forth nothing was done. Ruined a pair of $200 Hugo Boss Jeans, Savage Fenty Hoodie and pants, designer shirt plus more. Also, numerous times asked my room to be serviced. It never got cleaned and I was there for 4 days. It was uncomfortable nice I felt during my stay after mentioning the damaged items. The cleaners have done nothing and called them 5 or 6 times. DO NOT USE THEIR CLEANING SERVICE! IT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER USED EVER! I said on the Marriott experience I'd stay here again. I am in the air about that discussion.

Was a short but lovely stay, staff was sooooo kind and accommodating and the rooms where large and comfortable, I will absolutely be staying again and can not rave enough about the comfort and amenities. Coffee all day, delicious breakfast, comfy beds, extra pillows.

Thank you for all the diligent, hard work you put into making the Leary- Drewes reservation process a success. (32 rooms)I have only heard positive comments about the reservation and check in process !!! The use of the outdoor space was perfect for the wedding rehearsal and meet & greet!!! I am thrilled we chose Residence Inn Orlando Downtown .We chose this hotel after meeting with, Lenora ,over 8 months ago, and she took the time to personally show me the rooms, facility and how the reservation process would work. The link she provided for the room block/ reservation and monthly email updates, of # of guests, made this simple, eased stress and was greatly appreciated!!! Lenora and Melissa were always available to us throughout the whole process and during our stay! , This was also so greatly appreciated!!! The front desk staff were pleasant, efficient and made checking in a breeze, especially Gaby!!! They were available to answer questions throughout the stay! We would also like to commend the General Manger, Mr. Anamisis ,for his involvement and excellent staff( including housekeeping, food services, etc., in making our stay at the Residence Inn Orlando Downtown so pleasant!! PS.. the rooms are clean, spacious and really awesome! Thank you all!!!

The Hotel itself is nice, not disability friendly, the staff was ok, but Management is not helpful nor concerned at all, my room was next to a room that had 2 large dogs that barked all night. The parking garage is very inconvenient if you are a handicap person, I had to park on the 3rd floor then catch the elevator to the 5th floor to get to my room no luggage carts nowhere around and was never told I had to pay $20 for parking even with a handicap tag. On top of that my car broke down on the way up and I called Marriot customer service and told them I had broken down they told me no worries and I would not be charged for that 1 night because I did not make it up there until after 3 am. Tried to explain to management no one tried to reach out to customer service to see why I was told that I only had to pay for only 1 night. Just called me and told me their hotel policy and told me that customer service doesn't know their hotel policy. I checked in at 3 something in the morning then went to charge the rental and grab a bite to eat after being broke down on the road all night. Then I returned to the hotel close to 7 am before I went into the room. This was bad after being stuck on the road for hours waiting for a tow company and the waiting at Hertz to get a car rental. No compassion at all and I'm a Marriot reward member never had a problem until now. Hat's down to Nicole and Stephano!

Came for the premier league game with the family. Was here for one night. Despite other reviews, we didn't find it noisy or loud and we had a room on the freeway side of the building. The pool was good and the beds were comfortable and the room was clean and updated. Only slight complaint was that the breakfast room was crowded and relatively small. They had also run out of silverware by 8:30. But otherwise a good stay. It's not right next to the downtown area but if you can walk a mile you can walk there without any trouble at all. Sidewalks are wide and seems generally safe even when walking back at 11pm with kids. Parking was also easy to get.

Where can I start? Terrible location. There isn't a single place to eat in about 2 miles. Neither a coffee shop. Or a pharmacy. Hungry? eat a pillow. Forgot your toothbrush? use your finger. Smelly rooms. Room service happens once every 3 days, so if you're there for 2 days better bring extra towels and learn how to make your bed. Avoid at all costs.
