We stayed in room 311, which I think is OK. It is quite big and the bed is OK, but the lighting is a little dim. The service is also good. Check-in is at 3pm. We arrived at noon and checked our luggage. When we came back, our luggage had been moved into the room. Check-out is at 11am. It costs about 200 yuan to delay it for one hour. This hotel located right inside Shinsaibashi. It is 3-4 minutes walk to the nearest station I booked a twin premium room with 2 queen beds and able to accommodate a family of 4. It is spacious with 450 sq ft. and bathroom is wonderful if you care about soaking yourself in a bath tub. We stayed for 4 nights located few blocks down to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi mall. Overall the hotel is good if you want to find a spacious room to stay with families.
There is a lounge which only opens at 1:30 pm until 11 pm to serve alcohol, coffee, and tea. Just don't expect too much from the quality.
The staff are friendly but feel they can be less strict on rules in check in time. We were there early at noon and went back at 2:30 pm and ask for room and they would tell us to come back at 3 pm.
