Clean hotel with nice rooms. Bonus! There is a 7-11 on the second floor hotel is also directly attached to the train station which made it a great base for getting around. Difficult to find- located on 6-9th floor of building. We arrived on the day after a typhoon was expected to pass by the area and everything around was shut down. As a result we were prepared for some things to be different then the norm. We were hopeful to check in early, but understood many others were in same situation. What surprised me is that we were advised if we paid $2200 per room extra we could check in early. As we had 2 rooms we declined and chose to wait. Interestingly, our rooms still were not ready at check in time - so I can only wonder where we were going to go if we paid the extra money? Breakfast- we did not enjoy. Like most hotels the food is the exact same each day. But here it was especially limited and our 2 boys ate nothing on offer. Also, they close quite early and are circling around like piranhas wanting you to leave before the breakfast is even closed so you don’t feel comfortable. Good stay overall

Monorail, subway station and ion were nearby and convenient. I was prepared to do it, but the facilities are old. The refrigerator was old, noisy all night, dirty and touching. The bed was hard, I couldn't sleep well, and my waist hurt. The unit bus was narrow and very difficult to use, and the bathtub was dirty and uncomfortable, so only the shower was used. It was also painful that there was a considerable step between the room and the unit bus. The amenities were only toothbrushes, and the toothbrush was never seen, and it was too hard to use. The tea placed in the room was cut off for three months, so I want you to confirm it quickly. When I checked in, there was a shaving and brush next to the front desk, but I was sorry because there was no voice. It is also a pillow that can be selected freely because our check-in time was night, and it was almost unsettled and it was not possible to choose. I don't expect free breakfast, but I want you to work a little harder. There was no raw vegetables and only warm vegetables, but it was cold and sad. I used it when I went to a meeting nearby. It is right in front of Keihan Electric Railway Moriguchi City Station. It is convenient to Kyoto and Osaka. You can also go to the east exit of Moriguchi City Station from the 2nd floor of the hotel by concourse. A short walk from the station will bring you to the Keihan Department Store Moriguchi store. It's a decent scale. I didn't notice that there was Seiyu behind the hotel until I went home and looked at the map. There are several convenience stores and several taverns in front of the hotel, but it is a little lonely in front of the station. If you have a midnight snack near the hotel late at night, it may be more convenient in front of Moriguchi Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. The building feels very splendid and venerable as a hotel in a local city. You can feel the remnants of a prestigious hotel in the castle town of Matsushita Electric (former National, current Panasonic). It is definitely one rank higher than a business hotel. Overall it looks a bit old, but it is in good condition. Correspondence at the front desk is good. The room is clean. Amenities are relatively substantial. The bed is easy to sleep and the sound of the surrounding rooms is not very concerned. For dinner, I had a course meal (”Yuri”) at a private room dinner at the Chinese food ”Reika” on the first floor of the hotel. It was a very satisfying delicious Chinese food for the first time in a long time. The next morning, I was expecting breakfast at the reputed all-day dining ＆ lounge ”The Loop” on the 1st floor of the hotel, but for the measures against the new corona, breakfast is on the 1st floor. Bakery ＆ Cafe ”Bassoon” ” was. On the fixed menu, I chose 2 types of bread and 1 drink, and came with a vegetable salad. The taste was good, but I thought it was a free breakfast for a cheap business hotel chain. It may be just right for eating and drinking too much the night before. I hope the day when the new corona converges and breakfast at ”The Loop” will come early.

It is a hotel that is intermediated as an inn for examinees every year at the university student cooperative. So I made a reservation with peace of mind, but the room is old and small and the service is bad. The quality of the shampoo is clearly terrible, and the next morning, the scalp is made. This is the first time I have ever experienced this. I went to the drug store in a hurry to buy shampoo. There is no hand soap, and when you wash your hands, you can only use body soap.This is an unprecedented response in this world where new corona viruses are popular.I went to buy hand soap without any choice. And there is no disposable slipper in any hotel. I bought this too. The front desk response was really high, especially when it was talked about cleaning, and it was very unpleasant, even though it was booked with a plan to clean it. It's too bad, even though the price is cheap. It's not a hotel to choose on an important day that affects your life, whether it's an examination or a hotel. The cheap price is also worth it in Esaka. Honestly, if you go to Umeda, there are cheaper places, and there are many good and comfortable inn, not only cheap but also. I would like to tell you that there are many other better choices for Cospa if you don't have to be in Esaka.

I was transferred to Osaka and stayed here to view a property. It was close to Esaka Station and the real estate agency I was going to the next day, so it was very convenient. The room was clean and the view from the window was great! I'd like to use it again on the day I move😊

This hotel feels more like a weekly mansion than a tourist hotel. I thought it was interesting because it was structured with a central garden. There is an entertainment district in front of the station, so stay here when traveling with adults rather than with children. There are times when staff are not present from morning to check-in time. If you would like to leave your luggage, please go to the station and leave it there. It's nice that there is a really cheap and large supermarket chain in front of the hotel.

Location next to a seriously busy six-lane road. I feared traffic noise to be a round the clock nightmare, however, with the window shut, it was in fact never a problem, probably courtesy of double glazing and proper insulation generally. The window could be opened wide, which was a welcome surprise, but the roar of the traffic (even on a 4th floor) was such that nobody would want to put up with it for longer than strictly necessary. The Kadoma area may appear rather underwhelming initially, but it is relatively convenient for the Expo Park (a major attraction by any standards) and more geared for local residents rather than commuters, who are another type of creature with different needs. No Metro station nearby, but it is on the intersection of the Osaka Monorail and the Keihan light railway. Otherwise, good predictable Toyoko with self-service check-in machine. Useful 7Eleven just opposite.

The single room with double bed is 5000 yen (^-^). Next to the convenience store is 3 minutes walk from the station. The check-in payment is self and the card payment sign is OK. Because it was crowded The front desk was rough. The tone of the room is male? Or the wall and the light shielding curtain are thick. It is good that the room light can be brightly adjusted. I was surprised that there was a microwave oven in the room ❗ table It's a little narrow and the chair is a type of backrest, so long hours may be tired.

Location is great, service was good and breakfast was the best. It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.
