QQQ_QQA service department style which feels like at home. That’s self help for the luggage store and amenities at the Ground Floor, or you can seeks for help from reception if any needed. Location is a bit far away from station. And not much restaurant around the hotel. But I love the room with Japanese style!

AAnonymous UserThe checkin was easy and efficient. All instructions were very clear. The location is near the Osaka Tower, but going to the Namba area will need to take a short train ride. Abt 300m away, there’s a huge supermarket that operates till 12am daily. I got my vegs and fruits there. Will definitely book this place again if I am back to Osaka. Arigato!

GGuest UserLovely Japanese style apartment. We are a family of five and we felt we had more than enough room for our three nights. We were in Osaka primarily for Universal Studio so this accommodation was very convenient. The apartment sits in a quiet area, a bit far from the city center - there is a metro station nearby. The Japanese style tub, full kitchen, Nintendo switch, POLA products and projector makes the experience even better. Fully enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this place to large groups/families.

GGuest UserMy stay was really nice. The location close to Namba station and Nippombashi is great for wherever I wanted to go( Kyoto and USJ are easily accessible by all types of transport). The hostel is clean and offers enough showed and bathrooms. They even have Towls, Shower products and toothbrush and toothpaste. There are medium sized lockers and general storage for luggage. The door is password protected and I felt safe in the area.
An amazing stay all around and the manager is very nice and will be able to help( I extended my stay and it was uncomplicated ;).

LLimJia YingThis location was my last of my trip in japan and it left me a very good impression. I got to talk with various types of people and the owner is very friendly too. He is very efficient in the way he manages this hostel and it is admirable.
As per usual, hostels in japan really never disappoint, the layout of this hostel is like living in an actual Japanese house remodelled into a co-living space for 10, you can tell from the kitchen and the bathroom, it was clean, very lovely and homey. There is also a very nice nearby park where many locals do their routines like cycling, running, camping. It was very enjoyable to observe the lifestyle there, I also went to the onsen 18 minutes away by walking.
I would say this location is a lovely experience especially for understanding a little of the local's every day life. Plus, a great stay to meet all sorts of travellers. And the owner is lovely to talk to, I love it here, I'll come back again if I can!
The tomato theme is just part of the appeal! Aesthetic and comfortable, there's a tomato room at lv3 haha he said over 100+ tomato themed collections!

WwyLoveTravelIt was my first time staying in a Japanese hotel. I don't know if self-service check-in is common here, but it was the first time I saw it. The sanitation was also cleaned every three or four days, and the next hotel I stayed in was also the same. I don't know if this is also a Japanese feature. In short, this is not as comfortable as domestic hotels.
The sanitation and environment are quite good. There is a refrigerator and food heating equipment in the room, and there is a free washing machine on the first floor; the quilt feels a bit short, but the next hotel I stayed in was also the same. I don't know if it is also a Japanese feature...
However, the toiletries and hair dryers in Japanese hotels are very easy to use, much better than domestic hotels of the same level, and there is no feeling of inferiority. This is really comfortable and improves the accommodation experience.
The location is also relatively central, near Namba Station, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Considering all the conditions, the cost performance is still quite high, and it is recommended to stay.

酒店服務≈沒有，除前期發個入住方式，後期發個注意事項，告知怎麼會罰款。中途聯繫就要靠攜程了。
客服解釋他們是民宿，不可能24小時在。跟他們反應問題，客服會過濾掉。我們住了幾天，沒見過一次。
對於不想住青旅的背包客，可以選這裏。

AAnonymous UserWe didnt get the right code to access to the unit, fortunately we met some other tenants in front of the elevator and told us that he got email on the day he checked in which we never received any.
The only thing we received days before was the booking confirmation email with a 4digit code which we thought it was the access code. After being stranded for hours and we tried to contact trip.com, finally we received the email with complete instructions.
I brought kids and old folks and it was raining on that day, there were noone to help and no seats for waiting.
And it was the day after long flights we took from overseas. Well we wont come back or recommend anyone to this hotel though it has a good location and the unit is considered clean and complete amenities.

GGuest UserDecent value for the price! Fast wifi, hot shower water, air conditioning, the mini fridge was pretty spacious and room had plenty of plug sockets. Plenty of self-service towels etc. available in the reception. Short walk to convenience stores and two different metro lines. Do note it's self-service so there's no physical staff member present at reception after a certain point in the evening (we didn't have any issues but I could see quickly contacting staff being difficult if there was an emergency). The standard sized room itself is on the smaller side for 2 people with suitcases- my friend and I are not large people and we still found that moving around the room at the same time was a bit difficult. Overall if you're looking for a cheap and well-maintained place to rest your head at night while travelling around Osaka and the surrounding areas, this is a good choice for your wallet.

GGuest User트립닷컴에 있는 호텔 위치는 구글에서는 엉뚱한 곳으로 나와요 애플 지도로 겨우 찾아 가니 프론트도 없고 방앞에서 주인에게 전화하니 2시간만에 전화 받아서 겨우 비밀번호 받고 들어갔어요 아마도 투잡으로 방을 대여하는 곳인 것 같아요 원래 숙소비는 직원이 와서 직접 결제하기로 했는데 연락도 되지 않고 나중에 전화와서 회사일이 바쁘다고 자기들 회사로 호텔비 계산하러 오라하네요
컴플레인 후에 호텔로 직원 보내줘서 계산하긴 했는데 오사카성에서 다시 숙소까지 가서 직원 만나서 숙소비 결제 후 교토 출발하느라 반나절 늦어버리고 기분도 상했습니다
서비스 마인드는 최악입니다
위치는 지하철역 가깝고 재래시장 그리고 편의점도 바로 옆이라 좋았고 숙소는 좁긴 했지만 위생 나쁘지 않았고 사악한 오사카 물가를 고려하면 괜찮다고 생각합니다
