I quickly went to the vending machine to buy two bottles of water and exchanged them for 8 coins. El personal es súper atento. Hotel muy limpio, desayuno buffet con variedad de opciones. La habitación está muy bien teniendo en cuenta que las habitaciones en la zona suelen ser muy pequeñas. La ubicación es inmejorable. El hotel ofrece agua, café y té desde la hora del desayuno hasta las 00hs. También hay un espacio en la recepción en donde se puede comer, descansar y leer. Location is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest station. Amendities are sufficient and the environment is clean. There are vending machines and a washing machine on the lower floors. Its a nice place to stay for solo travellers and is relatively near to dotonburi area. There are also multiple convenience stores in the area.

I felt like going out for just one day. On the 2nd day, I wanted to sleep like an ***** in this room. The bed is soft. The pillows are good. I am happy with Osaka for 4 days. The building is still new. It looks like it was just built. On Google, the picture may be an old picture, so it is hard to understand because when I first arrived, there was a white building a little further away. So I went to look at the white building. It turned out that it was not. But the admin who took care of it replied to the chat a lot. So I found out that it was a black building next door. If anyone is worried that it will be difficult to stay, I can tell you that it is very easy. I am a stupid person. I can still stay here. If anyone has the chance, I recommend this place. The location is great, less than 100 meters from the subway station's exit 5, and there are many places to eat and shop around. The whole process is self-service, and they will send emails in advance to explain the detailed guidance process. The room is 25 square meters, which is considered large in Japan, and it is a Japanese-style apartment with toilet and bathroom design, which I am very satisfied with. There is also a kitchen, kitchenware, refrigerator, and washing machine, which couldn't be more perfect. The view outside the window is also good.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

The space is large and the suitcase can be spread out without having to put it away. The only drawback is that there is no kitchen knife or peeler. Japanese fruits are delicious, so I need them...

Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae offered a phenomenal experience. Its proximity to Tenmabashi Station, Osaka Castle, and the Osaka Museum of History gives access to a wealth of entertainment and food. The hotel itself had friendly staff that seemed to try to assist in English if ever someone did not seem fluent in Japanese and the self-check-in kiosks at the front also supported four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. The room itself was phenomenal, being one of the most spacious I have seen in Japan. What impressed me most, however, had to be the washroom. It was not only incredibly clean, but also the most spacious I have seen to date in Japan. The room also came with a complementary carton mineral water which I thought was quite nice for quality of life. The television is also well equipped information and entertainment and even lets one share their phone screen onto the television. There is also a convenient panel next to the bed that has various functions from controlling the air conditioning and lighting to notifying the staff whether one wants their room cleaned or not. The breakfast they offer, served buffet-style was comprised of various offerings reflecting Japanese, Chinese, and ”Western” culture. While the offerings were satisfactory, I also felt that they may have spread themselves to thin with the variety of the offerings and thus the quality of the individual items suffered from it. In addition, the meal felt like it only partially captured the spirit of each tradition it drew from and ultimately lead to the overall experience being a confused motley of flavours. Overall, while I only stayed for a single day, this was one of the better hotel experiences I have had in Japan.
