The location of the hotel is perfect! It's just 10minutes walk to the osaka castle. And there's a big mall just opposite to the hotel, You can just shop there and put stuff back to hotel very conveniently. I booked a 3-bed room which is a bit crowded for three adult. But i think the room is big enough if you are booking for 2ppl only. Also the breakfast is 100/100!!!!!! I woke up earlier every day just for the breakfast!

The best hotel so far that we stayed in during our Osaka trip. Room was clean amenities was great. Very near to metro and check in was smooth too!! Only dwnside is japanese hotels only provide 1 pillow each and its really small. Hahaah. But other then that it was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again when we visit osaka again.

Located in the heart of dotonburi, just a street across the main dontonburi street. Hotel is located opposite the Korean embassy, so security is good in the area. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but they allowed us to check into our rooms. This hotel receives many guests, there were multiple other groups checking in at the same time as my group. Staff also speaks limited English, but was able to communicate with them using google translate. Front counter is at level 1, with a bar counter right beside. Level 2 is a lounge area, with seats and even a pool table! Gym is also located at level 2. Shared washing machines were located at level 15, but guests are required to collect a key to enter the laundry room from the front desk. Rooms were of decent size, but lighting was slightly dark in my opinion. The shampoo, body soaps, hand wash were great, I loved the smell of it!

The room is very big and can sleep 8 people. But this time, there were only 3 of us, so the room was very spacious. Oh, there is one thing that I would like to have a clothesline because you have a washing machine but we don't have one to hang clothes when we do laundry. The building is still new. It looks like it was just built. On Google, the picture may be an old picture, so it is hard to understand because when I first arrived, there was a white building a little further away. So I went to look at the white building. It turned out that it was not. But the admin who took care of it replied to the chat a lot. So I found out that it was a black building next door. If anyone is worried that it will be difficult to stay, I can tell you that it is very easy. I am a stupid person. I can still stay here. If anyone has the chance, I recommend this place. Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

It’s a spacious room, and we really appreciate the wooden floor, as it's better for our boy to play on the floor. The bath, microwave, fridge, and stove are great for families.
