Jjoanna0919From the moment I stepped through the hotel entrance, I felt right at home! Every single staff member treated guests with genuine care and attentiveness. The room size was also the biggest I've ever had in all my trips to Japan! The pajamas provided by the turndown service were incredibly comfortable too! The hotel's night view is also one of the best around. Highly, highly recommend!

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect choice! The location is fantastic — it’s directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station via the B2-level underground walkway. There are also endless shopping spots along Shinsaibashi-suji.
The views from our room were absolutely stunning. Everything feels brand new and modern. Highly recommend for a special occasion in Osaka!

FFarahstWe had a great stay at this hotel! We came here for two nights because we went to USJ and it was only a five minute walk to the entrance. The hotel is minion themed (not out room, but they do have some minion themed rooms as well). But the lobby is filled with minion themed decorations. They have a smokers lounge near vending machines at the first floor. The room was spacious, very clean (daily cleaning) and they have slippers and pyjamas for in the room. They have two cafes at the first floor (we only got coffee to go, very good prices) and they offer breakfast and dinner buffets (which we did not try). The hotel really made our experience at USJ even better! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody that is going to USJ!

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay in OMO7 with our 4 yrs old kid, it's a very kid friendly hotel. The baby room, the drinking water supply and the self service laundry room made everything convenient. The location is only 2mins from shin-imamiya station, and near by got many convenient stall and restaurants and also walking distance to Shinsekai. We love the lobby and the outdoor area too, we enjoyed the free drinks/beer with the takoyaki during their pika-pika night where kid can have fun running and playing around. And not forget about the shuttle bus to USJ that made the travel much easier. The ramen we had for our dinner was the best through out the trip.

BBusyfizzybeeThe room is spacious and comfortable for one person. The location is excellent as it is located above the train station and surrounded by a few shopping centres. The lounge is a nice add on for the Granvia floor guests. One of the staff members, Don Perlis, was very welcoming and helpful when I arrived at the hotel. He also came over to chat with us just after we had checked out from the hotel. He went the extra mile to even help my friends who had a few bags to move them down to the pickup area when we were leaving.

The hotel has a policy that guests must put out a 'clean my room' sign before 10 AM each day for full housekeeping. Otherwise, only towels and trash bags will be replaced. Even with full cleaning, it's just a basic tidying up; linens and pillowcases are not changed.
## Location:
It's a bit far from Osaka JR Station, but you can get there directly via bus #88. There's a convenience store downstairs, but not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
## Facilities:
There's a public bath (which is also open to the public, so it can get very crowded in the evenings). On the first floor, the lobby offers soda, coffee, and an ice machine for guests to use at any time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and the location is pretty convenient, just minutes away from the nearest station - Nishi nagahori line.
However, I think it’s pretty weird that you are only entitled for 2 500ml water bottles for one night. Would suggest that they install a tap at the lobby so that all guests can refill whenever.
Overall a good stay for its price!

JJuexiaodiThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. They offer 24-hour hot water, coffee, drinks, and a microwave for heating food, which is great. Free luggage storage is also available. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was seamless. Breakfast was decent too. The only downside, if I had to pick one, was the constant stream of tour groups. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street in Shinsaibashi.

AAnonymous UserWhenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign. Highly recommended!

Ssusanhe77Highly recommend staying here! First, it's super convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the airport bus stop, and there's a direct underground passage to both the subway and JR stations right from the hotel. Second, even though it's in a bustling area and close to the station, it's surprisingly not noisy. Third, dining is a breeze with restaurants both inside and below the hotel. Shopping is also incredibly convenient, with three shopping malls and electronics stores all within a ten-minute walk.
