Hotels near petit main (Grand Front Osaka), Osaka

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Not a much caring arrangement on our 30-marriage celebration. No hotel staff even front desk staff did not enquiry our staying after 7 nights staying. It was really not a good satisfaction experience in a world-wide famous hotel chain.

The location is excellent. There is a convenience store and a subway station just outside the door. There is a large supermarket just around the corner. There are many small restaurants nearby. It is only a ten-minute walk to large shopping malls such as Hankyu and Hanshin. I am very satisfied.

This was a solid spot for a three night stay in Osaka. It's also very handy to Osaka Station, you get there in less than ten minutes by foot. The check in and out experience is all done by an automated reception which was very easy to use but any staff we did briefly interact with were pleasant and professional. The rooms were small but had everything we needed and were very comfortable. There's also a cute robot that glides around the lobby area. I'd happily stay here again when in Osaka.

The room is clean. Just alittle small and there is no view from the window. Overall, great service from the staff and just 8 mins walk from Shinsaibashi MRT

This hotel is not bad and also looks new. The downside is they don’t have laundromat. However there is a l laundry shop nearby  Even though the front desk doesn’t really speak English, but they are really nice with the positive attitude unlike the Via Inn hotel near shinsaibashi I will come again next time. 

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offered a phenomenal location along with beyond satisfactory amenities. To start, I must mention that the room was more spacious than some of the other hotels I have been to. The bathroom was clean and well furnished and I had no trouble controlling the temperature in the room or the shower. In addition, their breakfast, served buffet style, was rather satisfactory. Primarily, the buffet was split into two broad categories of ”Western” and Japanese cuisine. The Japanese side offered classics such as udon, rice, miso soup, and tofu, while the ”Western” side offered an assortment of breads, corn soup, and pancakes. I say Western with quotation marks as I would imagine most people from Europe or North America would consider the fares offered a far cry from that which they are familiar. Besides that, it is also worth noting that the buffet would cycle between multiple different options on a daily basis to prevent people staying multiple days from getting bored of consuming the same dishes daily. Other than the hotel's facilities, it is also important to draw attention to the location of the hotel. The hotel has a wide array of different restaurants to visit and is located close to both Dotonbori and the subway. This subway is rather convenient as it offers easy access to most areas of interest in Osaka. It is also imperative for me to mention here that there is a convenience store located basically next to the hotel which is, as the name would suggest, quite convenient. In addition, for those who are into anime, the hotel is walking distance fron Dendenmachi. Overall the experience was pleasant. The only issue if I had to say was that there was a high density of people in the hotels vicinity. This issue is further exacerbated on holidays, but this should only pose an issue to some people.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.

The nearest station is Okunimachi subway station. Walking distance from Nanba station. This 10-story hotel has Family Mart on the first floor. Probably the building was originally a studio apartment or a company's single dormitory. There is a atrium in the middle, and rooms are lined up on both sides. There is a large communal bath on the 10th floor, but it is suspended due to the corona disaster. The size of all rooms is 23 ㎡, about twice as large as that of an ordinary business hotel 1.5. The non-smoking twin room was assigned in the left-hand plan. Chic and fashionable interior. There is a entrance, and the shoe box has slippers for the room. The bath and toilet are separate 々, but the bath is narrow. The nightwear is gown type, and the minimum amenities are available. The TV is installed on the foot side of the bed with a wall hanging, allowing you to watch terrestrial broadcasting and BS. It's a little disappointing that there is no bed table, there is no space for small items such as glasses and smartphones on the headboard, and there is no bedside light. However, it can be said that 3600 yen per night is cheap.

It’s like you get what you pay for. Room stinks like cigarets. Very noisy because of the railway station. There weren’t enough sockets, just one for the tv, so I had to plug it out to be able to charge my phone. Room and toilet were pretty clean, but the hot springs room is nothing like it looks in the photos (it might be man’s one). Women shower and hot springs locate on the first floor near the reception and the place is very tiny for number of guests who use it. There wasn’t hot water in shower cabins, so I had to go to the hot springs room and use it there. Well I did not really enjoy my stay there and next time would chose hotels more carefully
