This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. The room was spacious and staff were extremely patient and helpful. Both the functionality and the aesthetics of the room were well executed. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

This was a solid spot for a three night stay in Osaka. It's also very handy to Osaka Station, you get there in less than ten minutes by foot. The check in and out experience is all done by an automated reception which was very easy to use but any staff we did briefly interact with were pleasant and professional. The rooms were small but had everything we needed and were very comfortable. There's also a cute robot that glides around the lobby area. I'd happily stay here again when in Osaka.

There were ２４ hours convenience stores and dining rooms around the hotel, and there was no problem with meals. There was a mineral water service at check-in. The room was simple and full of beds, but I felt that the price was reasonable. ｗｉｆｉ and indoors are full. Amenities were also available with the minimum necessary. The breakfast venue is a cafe that is usually open to cafes on the １ floor. ９ Entry until ９ pm, but ９ Time is too late, there is no customer and it is not a slow atmosphere, so I recommend early entry.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

The 3-person room we stayed in had a view of the church roof and railroad tracks outside the window. The room was not small, but it was a little crowded with 3 beds, but everything was just right.
The windows were all double-glazed, and one window could be opened. At night, you could hear the sound of the railroad tracks, but not the racing party. You could see half of the Blue Sky Building and a fully automatic parking building outside the window.
It is worth mentioning that after Osaka, we went to Legoland in Nagoya, which actually had a hotel model scene! The children were very happy.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

I was worried from the beginning of the opening, but I didn't have a chance and finally stayed. This time I used it for ２ night with breakfast. The room felt larger than the business hotel I often use. It was good that there was no TV at the desk. The microwave was placed at the desk, but it was small compared to the TV, and there was no waste space because it was a box, and it was convenient if it was in the room, so it was good. The room was cleaned, but there was no particular point that I felt uncomfortable. Although it is a unit bus, there is a part of the wooden panel on the wall, and the unit bus with a lot of impression is quite good impression. The refrigerator is not Perche type, so it's a little loud, but it gets cold firmly. The nightwear was not a yukata. It was good for me because it often ended only in the morning, probably because it was bad sleeping in yukata. The air conditioning was completely individual air conditioning. In addition, an air humidifier was installed in the room where I stayed. Although it is a bath on the 14th floor, the open air is ３, the bubble bath in the indoor bath is ５, the carbonated spring is ２, and there are 4 washrooms. The hotel has a great location, with views of Osaka Castle, and it's only 20 minutes to attractions like Osaka's Shinsaibashi. There was a concierge when we checked in. Even though we have Gold status, we stayed in an executive room, so after we checked in at the front desk, we went to the lounge to wait for our room to be ready. Once it was, our luggage had already been moved into the room. There was no welcome fruit, but there were cookies. The room is not large, 26 sqm, but it is very well-decorated, with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a nice view. The hotel just opened in 2024, so all the facilities are very new. The hardware is well-made, and the bathroom is fully equipped with TOTO smart fixtures. The quality of the food and drinks in the lounge was quite good, and the desserts weren't too sweet. In addition to a continental breakfast, you can also enjoy some Japanese specialty snacks. The electronic room key worked well, with hardly any issues. It could be used in the gym, pool, elevator, and room. We loved our stay at OneFive Osaka Hotel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. We stayed at Hotel Taiyo, I do see a lot of people posting positive reviews for Hotel Toyo here, that is a diffrent hotel and definitely not this one. The hotel is outdated, run down and in desperate need of renovation. The tile are old, worn and look like they have never been properly cleaned or waxed. The furniture is shabby and uncomfortable the bed springs where so prominent it left my hips and ankles aching. Our first night we went out and bought ourselves pillows as the ones here are unusable. There was also only one plug in the room so we had to spend even more for a power bar. The whole place was filthy with dirt and dust visible in every corner. The towels were dirty, and the bathroom was again unclean and permanently smelled of piss our whole stay. The amount of dust in the vents were slightly alarming from a safety standpoint. We also had major issues with internet 90% of the time. If you need internet for work you are SOL. The staff was professional and friendly, and the overall customer service was the only redeeming quality The location was great close the the main line station and the JR line. Overall, the hotel fell way below expectations and was a terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone

AAshleeeeeIt’s the best location ever! We spent two nights there since we bought 1.5 days’ tickets of USJ. The hotel is exactly located at the front of USJ, it’s very convenient for us to queue in the early morning and rest immediately when we left USJ at 10pm! We don’t have to worry about the time and the transportation!
Although we left USJ late, we can still get some snacks and drinks in the convenient stores nearby! It’s happy to stay at this hotel!

Ccskphc2004The hotel is located close to the Exit 5 of the Green and Brown Lines of Osaka Metro. However, prepare a strong heart because when you arrive to the exit you will have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the hotel every time. The other exit with lift is further away. The hotel itself I will only classify as a modernised INN rather than a stared hotel, not as per its name stated. The cleaning services are not up to the standards you would expect for normal hotels in Japan.
The breakfast itself is another downside if you live here more than four nights, because you would only have four choices everyday every time you go down. The chef made good food but, having stayed here for 9 nights you will get sick and tired of the breakfast pretty soon. Rather, I would recommend just go to local Japanese supermarkets to shop for breakfast and bento for the next day.

Hhylai12We stayed in this hotel for two nights because of its location - it's right next to the JR Bentencho station and it took only 10 mins to go to USJ, where we joined their countdown party on the New Year's eve. The room was spacious compared to those located in the city centre (e.g. Umeda, Shinsaibashi). It was a good deal to stay in such a big room with this price. It was also clean and quiet, despite its proximity to the train station. Going to the city centre is also easy - you could take local metro to Dohton Bori in 15 mins. The train getting to the Kansai airport also stopped at Bentencho, so you don't have to worry about going to the airport neither! The price comes with breakfast, but we hadn't got a chance to try it. There was also a 7-11 next to the entrance of the hotel - very convenient. There are a number of hotels close to USJ but they are always expensive. I'd recommend this to those who are looking for something economical, while you don't have to sacrifice quality / convenience.

The underground pathway of subway station have Starbucks ( open until 22.00pm) the beside hotel have McDonald’s, Eion mart open 24 hour
It is comfortable to travelling in Osaka because the yodobayashi station in 1 next station to namba station and Shinsaibashi sta too . We can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street

HHalsansanI stayed at this hotel because Aikata participated in the Osaka marathon. There is a deep shop around the hotel that can eat cheap and delicious things. If you use the hotel, you can enter and exit the hotel after checking in. The hotel has a different entrance and exit from the facility user, but you have to take off your shoes. Take your shoes to geta box and store them and walk barefoot in the hotel. Is the room simple and business hotel? However, the bed comfort was the best. There was also UB, but there was a large hot spring facility, so I didn't use the bus in the room. I was booked for one night, but this city was too fun to stay for another night. I negotiated and luckily I had a vacancy, so I ended up staying overnight.

They have a comnon area equipped with microwave and provide free flow of drinks, such as coffee, tea & soft drinks... etc., which is excellent! They serve ramen at reasonable price up to 21:00, love it!

AAnonymous UserLocation quite great if you are traveling around Dotombori and there are several transportation stations around. There are some walking distances if you are coming from Nankai line or Namba station
There is onsen and free ice cream for every customer. Free ramen is also available every night
Do take note if room have room service provided otherwise you will need to top up

JJeryl STo be honest, holiday inn has been quite disappointing these few years.
This was my least favourite hotel amongst the ones I’ve stayed at in Japan.
Service was good and they allowed us to check in earlier as the rooms were ready.
But the rooms were really a tight squeeze, charging points were not in very accessible locations, lights were super dark and bad for getting ready, water kept getting clogged in the bathtub coz the flow was so slow….
But the good thing is that it’s in a very good location as many places were within walking distance. Though this can be a bad point as well if you’re staying on the lower floors as it can get quite noisy if you’re facing the streets.
Which is what happened for my other room.

HHktphongThe hotel as a whole needs to be clean as well, because you live on a higher floor and have a good view. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is also convenient to go to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. There is also a railway station nearby.
