It is very close to the Osaka Aquarium. The Ferris wheel at the intersection overlooks the Osaka Port. The location is easy to find. It is also very convenient for sightseeing boats to reach Universal Studios. This place exceeded all our expectations! At first, we were just happy to have a place to spend the night so close to Universal Studios Japan without breaking the bank. But once we got there, it was clear that there was so much more than just proximity to USJ. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. They spoke superb English, too! It's a hostel so you can get towels for a small fee, you share showers and bathrooms, you take care of your own linen when you arrive and upon leaving, etc.---the usual stuff, which is explained very clearly. They also have a vending machine with cold drinks on the ground floor. Our room was HUGE. We had a private room with bunk beds for just me and my 8-year-old, but there could have been room for at least three other people (a huge difference from our tiny hotel room in Shinjuku). The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and a perfect place to get some rest after spending a whole day on your feet. The play area on the ground floor was quite loud when we checked in, with kids running everywhere. Still, we couldn't hear them from our room upstairs. At any rate, quiet hours start at 10 pm. Every resident there seemed very nice when sharing space around the sinks, and my kid and I felt very safe using the shared showers and bathrooms. We got 1.5-day tickets to USJ so we only stayed one night. We checked out on our own (very) early the next morning and, again, all the instructions were very easy to follow. I just wish I got to say ”bye” to the staff person who greeted us the night before. He was delightful and I wish him well!

It was my first time staying in such a family hotel. The owner was a kind and patient sister from Guangzhou. She explained everything clearly and completely solved the language barrier. My flight was delayed on the day of check-in, and the sister couldn't contact me, but she still waited for me in the hotel until late to check in. Thank you very much! The location is very convenient for travel. The hotel can be reached from Taisho Station, Kujo Station and Mae Chiyozaki Station. The hotel has all the toiletries and a washing machine, which is very convenient. If you are looking for cost-effectiveness, please don't miss it!

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.

The nearest station is Okunimachi subway station. Walking distance from Nanba station. This 10-story hotel has Family Mart on the first floor. Probably the building was originally a studio apartment or a company's single dormitory. There is a atrium in the middle, and rooms are lined up on both sides. There is a large communal bath on the 10th floor, but it is suspended due to the corona disaster. The size of all rooms is 23 ㎡, about twice as large as that of an ordinary business hotel 1.5. The non-smoking twin room was assigned in the left-hand plan. Chic and fashionable interior. There is a entrance, and the shoe box has slippers for the room. The bath and toilet are separate 々, but the bath is narrow. The nightwear is gown type, and the minimum amenities are available. The TV is installed on the foot side of the bed with a wall hanging, allowing you to watch terrestrial broadcasting and BS. It's a little disappointing that there is no bed table, there is no space for small items such as glasses and smartphones on the headboard, and there is no bedside light. However, it can be said that 3600 yen per night is cheap.

The hotel offers unlimited soft drinks and coffee, milk tea etc. every day and free Ramen noodles from 8:30-9:30pm. That is a really good experience to have massage chair at the lobby so as to relieve your muscles after shopping or touring around. The location is very close to metro station and Damaru department store. The breakfast buffet looks fine and my kids can try various kinds of food here. I will book this hotel next time again if I come to Osaka again.

改装されたそうで、フロントもロビーも、部屋もキレイです。 ＪＲ新今宮駅を出てすぐだし、ほんとに泊まるだけなら安いです。 ただ、理解しておかなければならないのは、トイレ、お風呂は部屋にはありません。トイレは階に１か所の共同トイレ（男女別）です。お風呂は大浴場か、シャワールームの利用になります。私が利用した部屋は３畳の畳部屋。布団が一式。 土曜日でもう開いているところがなくて利用しましたが、泊まるところがなければ利用も全然ＯＫだと思います。とにかく料金が安いので、その辺は了解できます。土曜日でも３８００円でしたから。 プライベートはしっかり守られますので、カプセルホテルより断然いいです。バックパッカーとかにはおすすめです。 なので、若い学生さんや、工事関係の連泊、外国人さんなどが多いようです。 ただ、よくわかりませんが、ロビーやシャワールームって、宿泊者以外の人も利用している感じがするのは私だけなのかな？

Location is great, service was good and breakfast was the best. It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.

This hotel is not bad and also looks new. The downside is they don’t have laundromat. However there is a l laundry shop nearby  Even though the front desk doesn’t really speak English, but they are really nice with the positive attitude unlike the Via Inn hotel near shinsaibashi I will come again next time. 

The hotel has a great location, with views of Osaka Castle, and it's only 20 minutes to attractions like Osaka's Shinsaibashi. There was a concierge when we checked in. Even though we have Gold status, we stayed in an executive room, so after we checked in at the front desk, we went to the lounge to wait for our room to be ready. Once it was, our luggage had already been moved into the room. There was no welcome fruit, but there were cookies. The room is not large, 26 sqm, but it is very well-decorated, with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a nice view. The hotel just opened in 2024, so all the facilities are very new. The hardware is well-made, and the bathroom is fully equipped with TOTO smart fixtures. The quality of the food and drinks in the lounge was quite good, and the desserts weren't too sweet. In addition to a continental breakfast, you can also enjoy some Japanese specialty snacks. The electronic room key worked well, with hardly any issues. It could be used in the gym, pool, elevator, and room. The gym isn't large, but it's well-equipped, with all Precor products. 酒店位置很好，能看到大阪城，20分钟能去到大阪心斋桥等等景点。入住时有礼宾。虽然是金卡，但是我们入住行政房，因此我们在前台办理好后就去酒廊等待房间准备就绪。在就绪后，我们的行李已经被搬进房间。没有欢迎水果，但是有曲奇。 房间不大，26sqm，但是装修很好，层高很高，有落地窗，景色不错。是2024年新开业的酒店，设施都很新，五金件很紧致，全套toto智能卫浴。 酒店的酒廊出品质量以及酒的质量都不错，甜点不腻。早餐除了欧陆早餐，还能吃到一些日本特色小食。 电子房卡好用，很少掉链子，健身房、泳池、电梯、房间均可用。健身房不大，但是设施齐全，全部都是precor的产品。
