I didn't get to live the experience. Due to Covid-19. The hotel didn't care, I spoke to TRIP.COM, and they were impeccable! They realized the situation and did everything to make the cancellation possible. Trip.com tried to talk to the hotel and also explained the situation but they still didn't want to understand, and so I lost the money I had paid for the stay. The truth is that I didn't book with the free cancellation option, I didn't think it would be necessary since it was a day before I booked. That said, I think the hotel management could be more open-minded in these cases (of course, as long as it is proven).

The hotel's website advertises a SPA included in the room price, but in fact to enjoy the SPA you have to pay €12/person. Once the issue was raised at check-in, the excuse was given that the website is managed by a Designer and not by the hotel. Misleading publicity!

Hotel well located, few rooms, quiet and welcoming. Staff very undynamic, not very attentive, bar service does not match the quality of the hotel in the slightest. Basic breakfast.

The hotel is very well located right in front of the beach, making it possible to hear the sound of the sea 24 hours a day. It also has modern decor throughout, both in the common spaces and in the rooms. The staff is super friendly and accessible, a young team! Enlightening check-in, with all the details necessary for a comfortable stay. Despite being small, it is well organized in terms of common spaces, including the bar, the dining area, the spa/gym and also the reception. The room exceeded expectations. We stayed in room no. 217 and when we opened the door, we were very surprised! We had already seen the photos on the hotel's website, but we never thought it would be so beautiful in person. A super positive point is the bathtub, super spacious, right at the end of the living area, very welcoming and perfect for a good time for two, with the added bonus of having a television to watch a program or even listen to music. The room is very well organized in terms of space, with the bathroom in the living room close to the door, with a hot tub and modern decor with a skylight in the ceiling to make the most of the daylight! Dividing the living area from the rest area, there are some really beautiful doors that give a feeling of comfort and privacy. This rest area, for me, was one of the best I've ever been to, of all the hotels I've been to. Very modern, plenty of light, a built-in closet with plenty of space, mini-fridge with two bottles of water, safe and several hangers. A desk with a television, coffee machine and Nespresso capsules as a welcome gift. The bed was a very positive point! We were delighted with both the size and the comfort and beauty. The spa, despite being small, is very well designed for the number of guests. Several relaxation areas (Turkish bath, sauna, swimming pool) and also the gym. Breakfast was pleasant, with some varied options and immediate food replacement. POSITIVE POINTS Friendly and accessible staff. Modern and welcoming hotel. Very cozy room too and well done aesthetically. Sea view (not from the room but from the hotel in general) Good soundproofing, which allowed for a super pleasant rest at night. Comfortable spa for good moments of relaxation. NEGATIVE POINTS Water from the taps in the room is a little cold, certainly due to the large number of bathers at a certain time. Water in the spa pool was also a little colder than expected, but nothing extreme.

The hotel room is comfortable. However, it cannot be considered a 4-star hotel. It is already a hotel that needs work. Despite being a spa hotel, there are better options for romantic “getaways”. The receptionist is quite friendly.

We had a terrible experience. Before dinner I was in the bathtub and suddenly the water became cold and I was freezing for 10 minutes waiting for the hot water to return, we called reception, and the call was returned 5 minutes later saying that everything was working fine, when it clearly wasn't. The bathroom ceiling was full of mold. At breakfast I asked for a capuchin and they don't have a capuchin making machine. Regarding the SPA, we were not able to use it because we were with our 4 year old daughter and even accompanied by her parents it was not possible. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels and it has never happened that children are unable to visit the SPA at all, when there are time restrictions, for example after 5pm so as not to disturb the adults or in 1 hour slots, which The time must be reserved in advance so as not to interfere with adults without children. Since the hotel was practically empty, this practice was completely ridiculous. The water bottles in the room were not replaced on the second day. There was no approach and/or involvement from management when we expressed our discontent, as they were present and listening to our complaints at reception. Regarding the sea views, they are spectacular but the views are the views and do not require any involvement or maintenance on the part of the staff or management. For a 4 star hotel, this 4 star rating is undoubtedly incorrect.
