Location (central in terms of location, but you still have to walk, no matter where)
Positive:
Good breakfast
Friendly and helpful staff
Very comfortable bed and pillows
Negative:
The street (even though the windows faced the side street and not Via Roma) was relatively loud, and the soundproofing in the building was not particularly good (we could hear our neighbors showering).
Our room always smelled of damp as soon as you closed the windows for 5 minutes - that was the worst part of the experience, as we couldn't sleep with the windows closed either.

Hotel propre, bien situé, grandes chambres, très bon petit dej, personnel adorable surtout au petit déjeuner. L'Hôtel mériterait des travaux d'entretien. Et pour se garer c'est un vrai problème si vous êtes en voiture. En août, il y avait des travaux. Nous avons garé la voiture dans un parking 35 € la journée du coup!

To start, the staff is phenomenal! Truly, they go above and beyond!! The rooms are amazing, clean. Area is safe, cute restaurants around the corner. Minutes away from the markets and shops. Hop on hop off bus just across the street. Very safe to be in the evening. Great experience.

Nice location (close to center), but quite noisy (traffic). Safe did not work (closed upon arrival). No warm water 1 day (due to technical problem, was fixed next day). One positive point: Very friendly service during breakfast. For this price, you can find better deals.

Tutto quello che ci si aspetta da un hotel 4 stelle. Cordialità e competenza del personale a partire dal Direttore. Camera più che confortevole per l'arredamento, il bagno, gli spazi e la pulizia. Colazione eccellente con personale gentile e competente. Che altro dire, andate e mi darete ragione: complimenti!!
