The only advantage of this hotel is its location and the relatively decent price.
But the rest is a disaster: the welcome at the reception which does not inform you of everything, especially the breakfast which ends at 9.30 a.m. on a Sunday (very unpleasant surprise of having paid and not consuming), the corridors everywhere, the noises of neighbors in the room (very family-friendly), the lack of politeness and attention from employees, and finally rooms with lots of hair and crumbs and tired rooms that smell.
I will not set foot here again, the experience is so disappointing, the reception unprofessional.

Room was larger than expected. Location was great, minutes from the teatro. However, it is a bit outdated. The window was broken and the last night when it was super windy, the window kept opening in the middle of the night and kept us up. Had a terrible night sleep. The bathroom is also outdated with broken toilet seat. The shower pressure was strong, which was nice.

La posizione è ottima, nel cuore della zona pedonale di Bari. L'hotel è vecchiotto ma ben tenuto. Abbiamo preso il cosiddetto "monolocale", che è risultato essere una stanza molto ampia con un cucinotto e un tavolo ampio. Non abbiamo usato la cucina, ma l'ampiezza degli spazi è sempre cosa apprezzabile

Attraccati a Palermo dal porto dista 1 km. Viaggio in moto con garage custodito H 24, collocato in ottima posizione… praticamente pieno centro dove si può circolare liberamente a piedi o con i bus. Noi abbiamo fatto solo pernottamento… camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti e i ragazzi della reception gentili e cordiali, anche x dispensare informazioni!! Consigliato 👍🏻
